Visiting family stayed in Waverley solo peaceful and exceptionally clean everyone friendly could not do enough for you especially Gina I would highly recommend it to family and friends Best poached eggs for my breakfast good menu for all Plenty of fruit and cereal to choose from.

The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

The restaurant was exceptional. Sharon was a most attentive manager and her team were brilliant! Great food and awesome service! Great welcome and beautiful rooms. Loved that we could watch the chefs at work as we sat waiting for our food. Great ambience.

Fabulous overnight spa stay with the family to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. All the staff were lovely and helped make our visit really relaxed and enjoyable. The spa therapists were all amazing and gave excellent treatments and advice. The food and beverages were all of a high standard. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful venue and lovely grounds. Hope to return

This was our first visit to Rookery Hall, and probably not out last. From the moment of arriving in the car park to leaving the service was faultless, professional yet friendly. We had booked the New Year's Eve package staying in the Wedgwood suite which I have to say was one of the best suites that we have stayed in anywhere in the world. Upon arrival we ere greeted by name in the car park where our luggage was taken from the car (not to be seen again until we entered our suite) and show into reception whereupon we were given our first, of many, glass of champagne. Check in was swift and efficient followed by an excellent afternoon tea. After we had finished our afternoon tea our suite was ready and the first thing that we noticed was the real Christmas tree in the corner which made the room welcoming. If I had to be nit picking then the only criticism I would have is that there is virtually nowhere in the bathroom to put anything. The evening started off with more champagne followed by an excellent seven course meal. Breakfast was equally as good as everything else with one of the largest choices that I have seen in many a year. All in all in excellent start to 2025.
