If you are heading to Anfield Stadium for a match, this hotel should be one of your best choices. At the very beginning, I thought it was a bit far away from the city centre, however, in fact there are quite a number of bus service to the city centre with just around 15 mins. Ok, by Google map, 30 mins on foot to Anfield. A bit far away? Trust me, you will end up spending an hour to queue for a bus. 30 mins walking back to the hotel definitely is the best choice. Just next to a supermarket where you can buy bottle water, next to Mcdonald as well. Walking back to the hotel and enjoy a British Pub food is also a nice choice.
Staffs are friendly, and provide useful tips. Helped me to print out my broading pass.
To conclude, my 3 nights stay was worthy!

Hotel was lovely and well located (about 20 minutes walk to Liverpool One). The rooms were a good size, and the decor nice (yes they are dark/industrial but that is fitting of the aesthetic of the hotel). Staff were lovely but service was poor. Breakfast was the only time we ate (included in the price) but the first breakfast service took about 1 hour from being seated to getting the food (drinks were ordered and then forgotten, whilst apologies were made it took another while to get them), when food arrived the first day it was only because we had waited that long that we didn't send it back. The second day the food was quicker and much better cooked, the only issue was we waited a while to be seated and then when we were seated they didn't wipe the table down nor change the glasses (we watched it be cleared in front of us). I would definitely restay at the hotel however I wouldn't eat there.

This has to be the friendliest and most helpful hotel I have ever stayed at ! They honestly cant do enough for you. The hotel has Liverpool FC theme in the bar and outside area. My husband and I contacted them to book a surprise to take our son to visit the Liverpool Stadium Tour, so the theme of the hotel was amazing for him, we watched the away Liverpool match with a few other supporters the night prior to the visit. The bar staff were so helpful and friendly. They didn't serve food, but it was no issue to have food delivered and ate in the bar during the game. From the initial contact they were fully booked, but Gill contacted me as soon as they received a cancellation and helped us every step of the way with the booking, they even offered to book the tour. The room was spacious and immaculate, the beds very comfortable - what else could you ask for? The following morning we went to the tour and we were allowed to leave the car at the hotel, so that saved us the hassle of moving and parking elsewhere. Its literally just down the road from the stadium - you can walk out the drive and you can see it! Perfect for anyone visiting or going to the game. Gill was amazing - she knew the reason for our visit and seemed to go out of her way to make it a special event - it really has help make it a memory my son wont forget - so thank you!

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed ourselves! Paul, on arrival was very welcoming and friendly! Our room was beautiful and really modern, beds were really comfy and had a homely feel to it. Uber taxis were easy to get to and from the centre, which was about 10/15 minutes drive. If I was coming back to Liverpool I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! Thanks very much Paul and we hope to get visiting Sydney soon! Jordan and Jeannie x

The staff are very enthusiastic and feel that Liverpool's service industry is just so good. Outside restaurants, sightseeing buses, museums and other staff are particularly enthusiastic. This hotel pays for breakfast by yourself. Guests staying in the hotel will get a 20% discount, 8 pounds. It is the first time for a child to eat English breakfast, which is very novel and leaves a good impression. The room in this hotel is very big. I have four people with one bed per person. The room is very big, except for the bed.

We had such an amazing stay from start to finish! Firstly I wouldn’t normally stay in hotel in Liverpool living here - but I was gifted for my birthday a stay over night with breakfast. I stayed with my husband, we arrived just after 4:30pm and check in was a delight - the gentleman assisting was so polite and helpful check in took all of minutes with some friendly discussion. We went to our room which was on the 6th floor- it was a decent size, king size bed which was extremely comfortable. there was coffee and tea making facilities along with a coffee machine, the coffee was delicious ! there was an iron and ironing board and a clothes rail with plenty of hangers. the bathroom and shower were perfect for our stay and the hotel was literally sandwiched between lime street station and a wetherspoons. Lovely treat and unexpected was that the hotel was over the road from the Liverpool Christmas markets ! finally breakfast was perfect with plenty of hot options, cereal fruit and toast. I would 100% stay here again - thank you Radisson Red

We previously stayed here a few times before Covid and were so happy to return. We really like this hotel and the lovely friendly staff who always make the stay special. Our king room was spotless, spacious and comfortable and nice and warm. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and we also ate at the hotel in the evening. A good menu, reasonably priced and the meals went down very well. We love the bar, dining room on the second floor where we could sit and watch the world go by! We look forward to returning.

This is an old grand hotel. Great location an easy walk to many popular destinations. The room is huge with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Please know that this hotel is huge and you literally have to walk around the halls to find an elevator. The furniture in the rooms needs some updating and the flooring in front of the elevators on each floor desperately needs renovation but this property overall is a good value.

If you want to conquer Downtown Liverpool by foot this Hotel is your perfect base camp. Located on Mount Pleasant the is a sight to reach whithin walking distance in all directions. The rooms are kept simple, but have everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and although most of the guests are young travellers it is a quiet place, so you can have a good nights rest after your days on the streets of Liverpool. You should definitely start your day with a breakfast in the very uniquely furnished Restaurant/Bar. You'll be greeted by the most lovely Denise, who will fulfill your every wish. And while enjoying your coffee and planning your day you should ask her about the poins of interest wihtin the city. She may also provide some interesting facts about the histoy of the building you are staying at... you'll be surprised.

Came here with my partner for my 30th, we also got engaged here the year before. A lovely night away if you want a little bit of luxury. The spa bath is lovely, beds comfy and the breakfast is always high quality. We didn’t have an evening meal or visit the bar this time round but have done in the past and it’s very high quality and fancy. We were checked out by Lisa and Bill and they were lovely to talk to, as are all the staff I have encountered at the hotel.

This treatment often gives you an opinion that can colours your stay. But rest assured, if you talk to Sally at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, that will not be the case. I was extremely impressed when I called on Tuesday 04.10.22. I asked Sally a series of questions that helped me feel good about my stay and even though she said she was new , she found answers to all my questions. Helpful, through and efficient. Thank you Titanic Hotel Liverpool, you have a real asset in that staff member . Thank you Sally , I really look forward to my stay now.

GGuest UserLocation couldn't be better. Hotel is basic but serviceable, but I wish they had spent a little more on interiors for the beautiful building and interiors. You are in a world-heritage site but the room furnishings are basic roadside motel quality. It was particularly funny that the room itself was very large - with a basic double bed perched in one corner - there as room for a super king, which would look better and be nicer and only cost a tiny bit more. Bathroom was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts are small and slow, but I suspect that's a limitation of the space available and rules about listed buildings. But you stay here for the location and we were very pleased with that. TIP - don't bother parking at Liverpool ONE which is a hike away. Pay and display parking right at Albert Dock is essentially the same price and way more convenient

GGuest UserBig thank you to everyone at Liverpool, sorted through my normal booking app but can also book direct, have a look on their website. Great communications, this is service apartments, so you get a part time receptionist then you come and go as you please. Clean, beds way more comfy than those Lenny Henry used to promote, the kitchenette it’s well equipped, you also have laundry, hot water on demand and control of your own heating. The hotel has discrete signage externally so it’s quite easy to drive past, there is short term on-street parking almost outside (just past hotel) and you can book secure gated parking in the hotels car park. The stay felt like home, comfortable yet private and the location is ideal for city and train station. I’d stay here again.

GGuest UserNever been to prison but pretty sure this is worse. Zero space,weird smell,plug sockets that didn’t work & not safe as the fronts came off. Sink was full of water,shower leaked and they have better quality loo roll in junior schools. Speaking of that,nothing better than looking at your partner through frosted glass as they use the toilet,even better cause you can here and smell everything!!! If you forget your alarm clock,don’t stress as the other inmates will either keep you up all night or make sure you’re up by smashing their doors shut. I genuinely stayed in a squat in NY years ago and it was better than this. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 and paid £165 for the night across the road which was a palace! My fault for being tight but I’ve honestly had more enjoyable trips to the dentist than Easy hotel. Even their planes are better Oh yeah and the bed was awful too and slanted!! I’d sleep on the street before I stayed there again!

JJenny FrenchHad a fantastic stay, your staff are a absolutely FANTASTIC they are all so efficient, had a issue with my room but as it wasn't found till late in the evening but I was in a clean fresh room by 11 the next morning. As for your staff the tall blonde lady can't rambert her name super polite and on the ball, and as for Collette she made me feel so welcome and she treated me like I was a returning customer and it was my first time staying at the hotel, she is a asset to you and the hotel, also the bar team I met were amazing too and your house keeper I spoke too was so appreciated of me *****ping the beds for her when I changed over rooms, all your staff are AMAZING. Thank you to all of you guys and yes I will be returning ASAP.

GGuest UserCity Studios, Rodney Street, is an excellent location in Liverpool - easily accessible for cultural and city attractions. The system for gaining access to the property worked well, in that the access codes came in good time and were fairly easy to use. The studio was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong was that the shower didn't work, although there was plenty of hot water. As we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for help with this, as we only found out quite late in the evening. If we'd been staying longer, we would have contacted the help number, and I'm sure something would have been done about it. We would use this venue again.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a little break for me & my husband (we are both middle aged). I picked it for location & price. They were both spot on, but I didn't check that it was right in the heart of club land, so we didn't get any sleep from the noise from bars, clubs & party goers. So great for the money, if you want to be out there partying, but not so good when you're older. Upon check out, I mentioned the noise to the receptionist, who told me that I should have requested a quieter room, which I would have done, had I have know that they had them! So upon reflection a) the hotel needs to point out that there are quiet rooms available & b) I'll definately be doing a thorough research on any future city break hotels.

VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short.
As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
