We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

Stopped at the hotel for 10 days in early August 2024. The number of the category deluxe is very spacious, but the quality of cleaning can be estimated by 1 of 5, in 10 days never washed the plumbing, cleaning was done only after the complaint, constantly forgot to put the bathroom, towel for feet, toilet paper. Cleaning was only to change the main towels and fill the bed, to remove the trash. Some days of cleaning was not made at all. Even when the door handle was ”please, clean my room”. It is worth adding that there is no towel dryer in the room and on the balcony too things or towels do not dry with a tick. Breakfasts can be estimated at 2 out of 5, you will not go hungry, But everything will be as uniform and cool as possible, even if you come to the beginning of breakfast (8:00-10:30). Breakfasts were almost non-diversified in the variety of dishes during all 10 days of stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great location in the sea and the nearest city, but it has a great king-size bed, a beautiful powerful air conditioning and a good view of the sea with a balcony. sights. Everything is in step-by-step availability, including exchanges and necessary shops. Staff is not rude, but also high service does not provide a feeling that your stay is indifferent to them. Hotel, in general, can be estimated at 3 out of 5. If the hotel is adequate for a price or a special offer, it can be considered as a relatively convenient option for sea recreation.

It's a very good hotel according to the money you pay. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is quite enough. The staff is very kind and helpful on the coast of the centre. Breakfast is quite enough. Thank you very much, especially Marika. If you pay more than 30% of the money you're paying you'll go to a class at the top of a hotel, but I don't think it's worth it. There are people who say the lift is very slow in comments. Yes, it's not very fast. The solution can be simple to pay more than 30% and move the lift to the fast hotel. We were happy with everything.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June. We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

We stayed in a junior suite for 7 nights. The staff including housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. The view is stunning. The curtains are not working properly and we had to ask them multiple times to fix it. Hot water is coming most of the time. The location is really good but there’s a major issue. YOU CAN NOT SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL. There is loud music you can here daily coming from nearby night clubs. It’s worse even over the weekends. Really I mean it, if you’re here to relax and if the night clubs are not closed, look for another hotel or stay at home. I spoke to the reception about that and they tried to help but unfortunately nothing can be offered.

Great hotel! I really liked it)) Friendly, pleasant and attentive staff. I had a room with a view of the city, beautiful old Batumi with narrow streets) For wine lovers there is a great wine shop nearby. And the hotel has a very welcoming and kind owner! Huge thanks from me!! I will be happy to come back again)))
