I recently had the pleasure of staying at the enchanting Santana Beach Resort in the heart of North Goa, and I must say, my family and I were absolutely captivated by the entire experience. This hidden gem, nestled amidst lush greenery, boasts not just one, but two inviting pools that sparkle under the golden Goan sun, making it a true oasis of tranquility. From the moment we stepped foot into the resort, we were welcomed by a level of hospitality that could rival any 5-star establishment. The staff at Santana Beach Resort redefine the meaning of exceptional service. Every member of the team seemed dedicated to ensuring our stay was not just comfortable, but truly memorable. Their warm smiles and eagerness to assist made us feel like royalty. One of the standout features of our stay was the culinary delight offered at Calamari, the resort's signature restaurant. The food was nothing short of extraordinary; every dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors that delighted our taste buds. However, it was the Pomfret fish that stole the show. Cooked to perfection, it set new standards for seafood excellence. The freshness, the seasoning, the presentation – everything about it was impeccable. Additionally, we were enchanted by our experience at Olegario's restaurant, where the culinary expertise reached unparalleled heights. The creativity and skill behind each dish were evident, making our dining experience truly unforgettable. I also must highlight the pristine private beach that Santana Beach Resort boasts. The beach, meticulously maintained and wonderfully secluded, provided a serene escape. The sand was soft beneath our feet, and the waters were crystal clear, inviting us for leisurely strolls and peaceful sunsets. It was a rare gem, offering the perfect balance of natural beauty and tranquility. I must commend the owner, Mr. Verner Da Costa Frias, whose down-to-earth demeanor and genuine passion for ensuring his guests have an unforgettable experience truly set Santana Beach Resort apart. Despite his busy schedule, he was always accessible and went above and beyond to assist us. His recommendations for the best places to visit in Goa were invaluable, offering us a chance to explore the true essence of this vibrant destination. A special thank you must also go to Nilesh, the reservation ***ager, whose efficiency and kindness made our booking experience seamless. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our preferences were met added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The resort itself is a testament to meticulous maintenance. The lush gardens are a testament to nature's beauty, meticulously groomed and bursting with vibrant colors. The pools are not just refreshing, but also impeccably clean, inviting guests to unwind and bask in the luxury of their surroundings. In conclusion, Santana Beach Resort is not just a place to stay; it's a destination in itself. It embodies the essence of Goan hospitality, offering a perfect ble
I would like to express my recent experience about my stay at park inn by radisson We have booked the 3 rooms deluxe pool view. 1. The checking experience was amazing the per who was attending our check he help us a lot and given rooms on the same floor. Mr. Israil Ali help us a lot during stay the rooms were neat and clean the food was amazing and all the staff were helpful. Thank you so much park inn team to make our stay memorable and comfortable. See you all on next visit
The experience was good overall. Initially they
got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time.
The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.
I stayed at Fortune Acron (R.No.2404) on a six day break at Candolim with wifey and my baby girl. It is a great place to stay for the following reasons:
1. Amazing staff- i've never met such a 'ready to help and serve,' bunch of youngsters. Sincere, affable and courteous to the core. This hotel is a great place because of these youngsters and others making up the staff in Fortune Acron.
2. Great Location- Just 700 metres from Candolim Beach. And there is a shuttle service of Wagon R (s) operated by extremely polite and full of info about the town drivers- Rama, Vijay and Robert. Three great guys! Rama even loaned me Rs.20/- when I didnt have change for my Limca. And he never asked for it till I paid him! This shows character of the place! So thank you Rama, Vijay and Robert. I also want to thank Satyavan, the security Guard at the Gate *****with the young sardar and the fellow from Karnatka.
3. Dining staff- Rohit Barnwal is amazing, and is the most charming of them all in this hotel. The bartender Anjan is cheerful and a great guy to talk to. So were Neeteesh, Nirjala, Sheen ,Vikram and others whom I dont recollect but were amazing every single day. Prithiviraj and Apoorva at the reception are elegant and very friendly. So are the young ladies whose names are escaping me at the moment.
4. Piano Session in the afternoons with Joachim
5. Musical evenings and nightly Bazar in the Hotel lobby.
6. Extremely prompt housekeeping with Eqbaal, Dhruv, Yeshu and others. The lifeguards at the pool side were very efficient and vigilant with little kids.
The only improvement that I feel is a better rotation of receipes in the buffet dinner. Otherwise Fortune Acron Rocks!
And it rocks bigtime.
We have been to multiple countries and multiple hotels but the quality of service in this hotel is by far the best we have received. The staff here is always on their toes to help you and make you feel comfortable in anyway possible. And they do it not because it's their duty but they genuinely want to help. The level of motivation these people possible is unmatched. The property boasts a clean and sparkling pool with a garden besides having plush green grass. Hosts a kids playroom with ample option of toys. This property does not charge extra for a roll away bed, but the bed is provided based on availability. They are still open to provide an extra mattress or a baby crib. The house keeping head Azam checked with us everyday if we need anything. Dilip made a cute towel doll after making our room sparkling clean. The front desk made sure to call each day and check if we are facing any issue and if we need anything else. The property is well maintained with all the amenities. While booking I was skeptical of the washroom size. But after reaching the property I found it to be of good size. They provide a balcony to every room with a sit out table and chairs. Also provide a drying rack. Their balcony doors come with sensors which switches off the AC if kept open, which is quite practical and environment friendly. We checked in early around 12.30 and sabena helped us get a room within 10 mins. They also provided a welcome drink. Chaitanya the restaurant head made sure my baby is fed. You can ask for parathas, pancakes and anything else for your baby and they will help you. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about the hotel. We had a couple of power cuts for few seconds each. We travelled with 2 kids, including one infant. Its day 2 for us and could not help putting a review. We are having a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding
It was an excellent stay. Sayanti at reception and Moni at concierge were very helpful. The overall experience and hospitality was very good. The swimming pool is very nice and we friends had spent a lot of time in that. The room service staff were very responsive. Great stay.
We recently stayed at Whispering Palms - Candolim, Goa, and had a magical time. It was our first time in India and so we were a little anxious upon arrival, but we were immediately made to feel at ease by Manesha, who settled us in with her friendly and easy going manner. Our room was near to the pool, but with a balcony that overlooked the gardens. It gave a wonderful separation and access to a tranquil spot to relax. Room always clean and Ruzario and his team were great and always keen to check we were happy with everything when we saw them. Maybe slightly confusing as to what is free from the food and drink in the room and what was chargeable, so always worthwhile double checking if you have any concerns about having to pay on checkout. Food was always tasty and actually quite varied in the restaurant. Buffet style inside but with a couple of live cooking stations outside, which were a hit with us. Lovely inside bar which was nice and cool and good choice of drinks included in All Inclusive, including some Cocktails. The outdoor bar was manned by Arun and Harish for the early part of the day, they also look after the towels, sunbeds and parasols and are super friendly and helpful. The bar is then manned by Deepak and Sumit for the afternoon/evening, with assistance from Akash, Ranjan, Mohit and others. Deepak and Sumit are genuinely super friendly, attentive and helpful and so ***** with Manesha, really helped to make the holiday very special and extremely memorable. The hotel attracts Indian Guests, which is a positive sign for how the team are doing with the aims, a large group arrived and were sort of accommodate for some meals in the Goa Shack on site which helped with being able to find a table for mealtimes. There were a few instances where Indian guests unwittingly took chairs or sunbeds that were already taken whilst the guest was collecting food or drinks but those were few and far between. Potential for more guests than tables and chairs for meals and definitely not quite enough sunbeds. The majority of guests who wished to sit by the pool ensured they put towels on to the beds first thing in the morning. Overall our stay at Whispering Palms and our overall visit to Candolim and Goa was a triumph and I would thoroughly recommend both the hotel and the resort.
I have always made a point to stay at Taj because I've had exemplary experiences. This was a bad experience this, Is this the downfall of TATA products now with the person who kept it together is gone? My check inexperience was mediocre. The room is very nice and modern and the food is good but when I checked in, they really did not spend any time educating me about the hotel. I wish they had told me that the buffet for lunch was closing in 10 minutes. I had arrived at the buffet place at 3:20 and the lady told me to hurry up because they were going to remove the food out at 3:30. I tried my best to hurry up and then I saw a family come in at 3:45 and they kept serving the food to them till past 4 PM. So what did I do wrong that I was told to hurry up but they did not seem to rush the other family? When I went for lunch buffet, the latte machine was not working and he kept trying for over 20 minutes. Then he said he was going to send it to the room which really was never done until over an hour later. The hotel is bit randomly scattered all over and the beach is pretty bad. There is a fencing between the hotel and the beach and the quality of the beach is not of one where I want to spend any time and plastic bottles are littered everywhere. Activity- I asked the front desk and i was told there is not much to do. I went to fort Aguoda hotel and they at least had stuff going on like mehendi etc. I went to have lunch at the Thai restaurant at the Banyan on the 1st, and it was booked for the event so there goes my Thai lunch. When I call the front desk for any question, I never get a call back as promised so my only way is to go there and ask. So far, I am just ”killing time” to go back tomorrow when it is that one precious day i could have spent with my mom who is not well. A precious 48 hr of time off from work, family and sadly what an utter waste and disappointment.
We had an amazing stay, thanks to the fantastic reception and housekeeping teams. The reception team was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and that all my needs were met. The housekeeping team did a remarkable job keeping my room spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Overall, both teams contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend.
The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel
Altrude by the Sea hotel is an exceptional run hotel that recently has opened and is the place to stay in Goa. The hotel is known for its amazing service and staff, who go out of their way to ensure that every guest is comfortable and well taken care of. From the moment you arrive, the staff welcomes you with warm hospitality and treats you like family. The hotel's design and decor are equally impressive, with a unique and contemporary style that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The desire for attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the handpicked furniture to the thoughtful touches in every corner. One of the highlights of the hotel is its rooftop infinity pool, which boasts breathtaking sunset views of the ocean. The pool is a perfect spot to relax and unwind, with comfortable lounge chairs and impeccable service from the staff. Overall, Altrude by the Sea hotel is the go-to place to stay in Candolim, Goa. The hotel offers a one-of-a-kind experience with exceptional service, beautiful design, and a stunning rooftop infinity pool with ocean views. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this hotel has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. My watch was incredible and I can’t wait to be back.
Checked into GT for a week on business. Enjoyed the place so much stayed back for an extra 2 days. Spent around 1 week here and the hospitality of this place is top notch. Everyone is very polite and always ready to lend a helping hand. Alisha is a very pleasant person to hold a conversation with she's extremely sweet. Will definitely make this my regular stay at Goa.
Best Hotel in the area to stay and relax. Very nice and courteous staff.Everything was perfect and up to the mark. The service was really good, the staff was friendly and very cooperative. The rooms were really clean. Especially in reception Mr. Manoj very nice person . 😃😃😃😃
The property on first look appears to be good. However, there is no maintenance and most of the staff is temporary with little to no training on housekeeping, in room dining, buffet or handling your grievances. I was here for a week and it turned out to be a job to stay here than a vacation. Room#1 - The room allocated to us on the day of the arrival did not have a functional AC, imagine yourself in the situation where you have driven for 12 hours in April heat and the room isn't cooling for 3 hours. Room#2 - after 3 hours the staff took us to show another room which can be allocated to us; and guess what there's someone lying on the bed and the staff has no clue who they are Room#3 - So after figuring out that 2 out of the 4 wings have an issue of centralised AC, they offered us the 3rd room which started cooling thankfully. However, this seemed to be under maintenance for some time and had a moldy smell to it, but i had to make do (sleepy from the drive). See pics. Add to that no minibar to keep your drinks, no kettle, no extra towels and no toiletries. On the second night, we realised that the room service doesnt clean the toilets, mop the floor or clear your used cups and glasses unless you ask them to do it. Because they are all trainees and havent done this before. So you wake up every morning go to the reception and hand them a to-do list of what you want done in the room (imagine that). Night 3 - ANT Infestation!!!!!! 11.30 in the night you feel theres something on the floor and when you switch on the lights, you find ants all over the floor (i was so shocked and sleepy, i didnt take pictures). I tried so hard to cancel the booking but it was non-refundable, had it been even 50% i would have taken it. If you decide to stay here, you should be paid by the management because you will end up teaching them a thing or two about running a hotel. BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. PLEASE
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this property for a short stay, upon check-in we met the owner lady who was very kind and caring, she even upgraded our room to a different category which was a super clean and good view room. We found the room so comfortable upon check out also we met the owner lady who was so kind and polite while talking and bid a very good farewell to us. We would love to visit there again soon.
