Были в номере люкс, это конечно не люкс, но в целом все было хорошо, уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день, предметы гигиены. Больше всего понравилось расположение, очень удобно было добираться в разные места и передвигаться пешком, просто вечером погулять возле Дворца республики. Завтрак входил в стоимость, был с 7 до 11,но по факту в 10 уже есть было особо нечего, поэтому если хотите позавтракать, надо вставать рано, чего в отпуске не хочется. Сауна, бассейн и тренажёрный зал на троечку, но мы и не ради этого ехали. Территории своей почти нет, но при этом всё таки можно посидеть вечерком на улице за столиком, ввиду отсутствия балконов. В целом можно рекомендовать как хорошую и доступную гостиницу.

Very suffocated. Here you can either have lunch or dinner on the menu. When you leave early, you can tell the time and come for breakfast or order a room. A busy intersection nearby, not so far shopping centers, exchanges, market. In the corridor on the floor there is a smooth board, a tie. Stop for the night by car, and for a longer time, may still, look for something more interesting.

酒店看起來有點舊，房間裏的布草也是用了好久但好在乾淨。服務人員有幾個可以説英文，基本溝通沒啥問題。早餐不錯，種類豐富而且服務員更新的很快。都是麪包雞蛋類的俄羅斯類型早餐，想吃中餐的別想了。酒店周圍有很多不錯的餐廳，土耳其烤肉和格魯吉亞餐廳性價比都很高。國內普通三星標準吧，在阿拉木圖屬於性價比不錯的酒店

Very good, the lady at the front desk can communicate in English without any barriers, and the breakfast is a home-made breakfast.

Receptionist is good and the check in is quite fast. The room is not bad but the shower is very ugly… isn’t for a five stars but for a 2 stars. Good frigo bar and the tv is simple but isn’t bad. The SPA service is not good because the Turkish bathroom hasn’t foots bath refresh and above all the hydro massage is not an hydro massage but a little swimming pool; that’s horrible! Good instead the normal swimming pool and sauna. The bar on 3rd floor “cigara bar” is not bad but I asked a bottle beer (Heineken or others brand ) and it hasn’t nothing brand bootle beers cold , is not permissible in 5 stars. This hotel has many many problems and I don’ understand how it can have 5 stars

The hotel has only two pluses - this view from the window on pine and delicious coffee from the coffee maker (the capsule Lavazza). I had booked and paid three nights in this hotel, although I stayed there only two nights - an additional night was booked only for early accommodation, my plane arrived in Almaty very early and wanted to settle at once. Breakfasts in this hotel are delivered to the room as it is a mini hotel and they have no separate breakfast room. For breakfast, I have been offered for the choice of cache and toast or eggs and cut cucumber. Of the three paid breakfasts I was fed only one. On the day of the arrival I didn't bring it, although the order was accepted, on the second day did not accept the order (it turns out, breakfast had to be ordered the day before on the respiratory, which no one warned). My room was on the third floor and I asked to bring my suitcase to the room, the suitcase had to wait for forty minutes. This hotel has absolutely unprofessional staff, they have no experience in hotels and it is noticeable. Moreover, they absolutely care whether the guests will remain satisfied with their service. I asked for a return of the breakfast that the staff promised me on the resepshne - they said they would contact the service provider and make a return. But then the refusal came. That is, they said it just so to get rid of it. Another of the downsides: the hotel asks for a deposit at check-in, which is then returned on the day of departure in case of non-corruption of property in the room. No hotel in the world does that. Bed is comfortable with a hard mattress, but the pillows are inconvenient. Bedding of acceptable quality, bathroom plumbing is good. The hotel could be excellent given its location and size, but the service is badly damaging to the impression.

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.
