The hotel owner is Chinese, so domestic friends don’t have to worry about language communication problems. The hotel environment is very good. I personally like nature and virgin forests. This hotel meets my requirements. It’s the most primitive feeling when you come out to play. The cabins are unique and I like it very much. It’s not far from the pier. There is a duty-free shop at the end of the pier. Similar to small shops in China, Tioman Island is duty-free Island, you can book a BBQ with the hotel owner. Breakfast is toast, nasi lemak, tea, and coffee. The hotel is not a five-star hotel. Those who mind are careful

We came here just when its safe to be here and ferry transport is available. Unfortunately, we are at the tail of monsoon season. The place is alreafy packed with tourists, but, once mosts of them left, we had the place to ourselves. The place is old, but clean and spacious with all the amenities available. The staffs are warm, helpful and welcoming. The food has many varieties and quite palatable. Hopefully, can improve on that. Managed to eat the oxtail, wow, the senses jumped to the roof.. very very very spicy and delicious. I wished that the playground is kept well for the kids to play. Did not managed to swim, coz, it rained all day and we had swim enough in the ocean. Defitely, we will come back here and recommend others to come here as well.

Located a short walk from where the ferry drops you off at Air Batang jetty (there are multiple jetty stops). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was not here as a diver but booked here on the strength of reviews not only from this site. I was not disappointed. My room was very well appointed. It was one of the best rooms I have stayed during my extensive travels around SEA. I could not find fault with anything. All boxes were ticked and I mean all. Someone certainly knows how to fit out a hotel room. Some may whine about no toothbrush & paste but I travel with my own. As far as nearby restaurants/minimarts go it is a real challenge. You just don't know when they're open and when they're closed. Overall, I had a totally comfortable stay.

Because it was the off-season, there were only two couples in the entire resort, so we were given an annual fee to upgrade our room to a sea view room with a great view! ! ! Due to the weather, we did not go snorkeling and only went out to sea to fish. Although we caught fish, the hotel made a mistake. The fish served for dinner was not the fish we caught ourselves! I have to say, the chef’s cooking skills are really good~

Hotel transport to jetty is not free, will charge RM30/person per way. The cleanliness just ok and we stay 3 days no ppl help to clean the trash, this will need to have improvements. The staff is friendly and the night view is really good. There’s bar on the beach, can have some alcohol and enjoy the night sea view.

I recently visited The Boathouse at Pulau Tioman, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The place offers a variety of recreational facilities, including traditional Malaysian games, which added a unique touch to the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, it would be perfect if they could add a window screen to keep out the many small bugs that tend to fly into the room. Despite that, I would definitely return if I have the chance. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and at night, you can see a sky full of stars — an amazing sight!

However, it would be perfect if they could add a window screen to keep out the many small bugs that tend to fly into the room. Despite that, I would definitely return if I have the chance. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and at night, you can see a sky full of stars — an amazing sight!

HHv NobodyHotel transport to jetty is not free, will charge RM30/person per way. The cleanliness just ok and we stay 3 days no ppl help to clean the trash, this will need to have improvements. The staff is friendly and the night view is really good. There’s bar on the beach, can have some alcohol and enjoy the night sea view.

Enjoy the beach , the sea , the fantastic view ... and not forgetting the impeccable service by all the staffs there . The breakfast and the activities were great , can't wait to come here again next year !

GGuest UserThe place is special coz it represents the beauty of Malaysia kampung in an island, surrounds by nature off course, the staffs here very helpful and friendly and you can feel their sincerity and warm personality. The food here at IMPIAN Inn marvelous and superb ....u definitely will enjoy the food. U must try their Pizza ..... yummy 😋 The resort also provide good package and worth for your money. A PLACE TO enjoy the beauty of the nature AND JUST TO REST N RELAX...... I ENJOY the stay with my hubby🥰 and can't wait to go next trip this time I am going to bring all of kids along. Keep it up IMPIAN INN and I wish u gais success and keep growing

GGuest UserWe came here just when its safe to be here and ferry transport is available. Unfortunately, we are at the tail of monsoon season. The place is alreafy packed with tourists, but, once mosts of them left, we had the place to ourselves. The place is old, but clean and spacious with all the amenities available. The staffs are warm, helpful and welcoming. The food has many varieties and quite palatable. Hopefully, can improve on that. Managed to eat the oxtail, wow, the senses jumped to the roof.. very very very spicy and delicious. I wished that the playground is kept well for the kids to play. Did not managed to swim, coz, it rained all day and we had swim enough in the ocean. Defitely, we will come back here and recommend others to come here as well.

DDanielI had such a wonderful 2 night stay at Papaya Resort - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The price was very good, considering the proximity to the beach, local amenities, and being only a short walk (5 mins) from Tekek Jetty.
The real highlight of the stay here was the staff, the manager was exceptionally welcoming and warm, and was always willing to stop and have a chat about activities on the island - he even set up a snorkeling trip for me on the next morning.

GGuest UserThough it was my second visit barely after a month, I'm disappointed with the service rendered. Firstly during reservations requested to assist for the room on the first floor however this was not given. Secondly no housekeeping throughout the stay. But felt at least have a change of towels. But housekeeping was just too busy. Thirdly, the sound proofing of the resort is poor. U can literally hear footsteps and conversation when your next door neighbour walks and speaks Fourthly, Resort wanted to charge for a misplaced key card. Though it is RM20 but I do not feel this is necessary. Most of the hotels would even encourage the guest to keep the key card as a memento/souvenir as it promotes the hotel's branding Lastly was charged for bedsheets laundry. As mentioned no housekeeping service for four days, definitely the bedsheets were not changed and will be dirty. Resort claim my bedsheets have some stains which I am unsure if it was from the previous guests. Anyway I do not wish to argue and pay for the cleaning charges. I would not be returning to Aman Resort Tioman again. I just felt that the hotel is finding ways to make guests pay extra to make additional revenue. Besides the service and hardware of the resort, nothing impressive From Dissatisfied Guest

WWEIThe hotel owner is Chinese, so domestic friends don’t have to worry about language communication problems. The hotel environment is very good. I personally like nature and virgin forests. This hotel meets my requirements. It’s the most primitive feeling when you come out to play. The cabins are unique and I like it very much. It’s not far from the pier. There is a duty-free shop at the end of the pier. Similar to small shops in China, Tioman Island is duty-free Island, you can book a BBQ with the hotel owner. Breakfast is toast, nasi lemak, tea, and coffee. The hotel is not a five-star hotel. Those who mind are careful
