Fantastic hotel very modern and very clean. Pool area is large and clean spotless. Staff very friendly. Only downside was that it is top of a large slope however this didn't affect us but if you have mobility issues then this could cause a bit of a problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel. Free WiFi and Aircon as well.

Rested in September 2023. Well chosen a hotel in Bodrum for a long time, wanted it to be close to the city, and to the sea, and to be clean, and with food everything is good. This hotel closed all the needs for 5+ Staff very polite, always try to help. The rooms were cleaned well, instead of tips we left our Alynka chocolate and we always cleaned perfectly. Towels were changed after a day, bed linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. When we checked in, we had champagne and shower gel, with toilet paper there were no problems))) Water was always hot in the shower. Yes, the hotel is a little old, but the cleanliness is monitored well. The food is very delicious, fresh, diverse, in 11 days not bored, even on the contrary, now I miss it 😂 Beer is also delicious, saturated, wine didn't like very much, but it is in Turkey at all strange, on my taste. The pool and lying are clean, lying very convenient. Before the sea 1-2 minutes, Yes, there is no beach in the hotel, but it is not needed, we sung at the pool and went just to swim at sea. Next to the hotel there is Migros and a bus stop with which you can reach Bodrum in 15 minutes. Also nearby there is a Mandarin pharmacy (5 minutes to go). The cocktails on the territory are a separate love 😻 If I go to Bodrum, I will definitely stop here! ❤️

Just spent 11 nights at this great hotel, from checking in and checking out professional experience, everyone working at very chic 10/10 food was great and definitely prefer the concept of the QR code waiter sevice came up quick and fresh, the drinks were of good quality definitely had kick in them, cocktails 🍸 very good, there was a good mixture of nationalities, everywhere was kept spotless and all the staff worked very hard,we went on the beach ⛱️ every day there are no issues of getting a sunbed, entertainment was good as well, me and my wife are in our 60s and didn't feel out of place, a very good experience and definitely would go back definitely the best hotel along gumbet what we saw,from outside and conversation with other well done VERY CHIC

We booked the two bedroom family suite and we could not have been happier , unor and umut at Conceirge made my stay supreme , this is going to be my favorite hotel when I visit bodrum . Beach and swimming pool were impeccably clean and well maintained , my kids who are 3 and 6 had such a good time , everyone was friendly and everyone spoke good English .

When we arrived, we greeted a very laughing and kind attitude. Our room was very beautiful and decorated. We made a breakfast in the room and the breakfast taste was very successful. It was also too much in diversity. There is a small kitchen section in the rooms. There are many kitchen products inside the toaster. You can buy extra things and cook here for yourself. There is also a potato table in the room, which I think is very well thought. When you enter the hotel, the concept is already given. Every 3 days a room is cleaned, but they also tell you they can help if we want extra. So I can't say I'm very busy with the cleaning event in the comments. It's about how you used the room. We were two people and I can say that the room was enough. The bed comfort is beautiful. I didn't think anything else but we liked very much and there will be a place we would definitely prefer in our next holiday. Thanks very much to everyone.

Arrived at Al A Grande Residence and weren’t able to check in as apartment still needed to be finished cleaning so we wandered round the complex to check out the pools and then visited local restaurant for a bite to eat. Once inside we were happy with the space and size with two bathrooms and huge bed and balcony overlooking the pool. However we were missing a few kitchen items such as a mug for coffee and a pan for cooking. The staff were able to rectify the pan and hubby bought some mugs from local market so we solved that issue straight up. Each apartment block has its own swimming pool (4 in total) which are long pools great for doing lengths. They are a bit tired looking though and the back pool was half empty with many ****s growing round it - sadly neglected so this put a bit of a damper on our first impression of the Residence overall. Still we have enjoyed the air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom and the proximity to Gumbet main shops and while surrounded by hotels with loud music playing we found the apartment in A block to be very quiet and relaxing.

Stayed here for 7 nights with my wife and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. It is perfect for couples and families. Every morning they serve traditional Turkish breakfast that is better than most restaurants. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Bodrum. The staff were amazing as well. Always helpful with a smile on their lips.

Bed changed once in 11 days. Asked twice for clean towels and no response until we told jet2 rep. Room not cleaned at all until then, that was day 6. Since that day cleaning not done, bin emptied occasionally, random selection of towels left ie.3 hand 1 bath. Staff are only interested in certain guests. Asked for cutlery one day and was directed to drawer where they are kept. Staff do sit around smoking or on phones, not all are on breaks as was mentioned before. They mostly all have their head down on phones while walking around. Food is what you'd expect when catering for the masses, nothing special but mainly lukewarm at best. Only staff I would say have any customer focus are Spa girls. Nothing too much and extremely pleasant with it. Disappointing hotel,not 4 star for sure
