We were gifted two nights at the Omni Hotel OKC in October of 2024. What an amazing experience from parking the car, to checking in, to the spa, to the restaurant options. The views of downtown OKC were awesome. The proximity to some cool experiences around OKC is phenomenal. The room was comfortable, and the service was stellar. The Omni is an incredible experience and my wife and I will be back!

New hotel that underwent an amazing reno. Booked the Junior Suite and what a wonderful room for a good price! Spacious, separate “living room” with gorgeous light fixtures, deep blue wall color with wonderful white baseboards and doors, beautiful window coverings and carpet. The bedroom is huge with wonderful bathroom that has a gorgeous large shower and vanity. Bronze fixtures everywhere which look so classy. Only problem was the “night light” under the vanity--flips on and off erratically. The Great Hall on the main floor is glorious. Soaring ceilings that look to be 30+ feet high, gorgeous art deco light fixtures and décor. Wonderful place for a drink to enjoy the surroundings. Parking is available in the attached garage which is the worst ever. Extremely narrow lanes that curve in ridiculous ways. Unfortunately that’s the only option to be near the hotel. We did not do valet parking (about $6 more), which is a must to avoid this horrendous garage.

I would like to use it if there is another opportunity. There are many shops in the vicinity and it is convenient. There is no problem with the meal. The room was not a problem in particular.

The environment is good, but the alarm at night is ringing, affecting sleep.

Good and bad. First the bad. The stations on the television were garbled. We tried several stations and they were all that way. Holiday Inn obviously has poor reception. The connectivity of the Internet, on our phones was very poor. We even tried their logon and it was still bad. Pages would take minutes to load. Very poor connectivity. When checking out, there was only one cart (there were at least six when we checked in). That was a triangular shaped cart and hard to navigate. It spilled our bags onto the floor several times. The clerk told us people check in, use a cart, then keep it in the room for their checkout the next day. Not the hotel's fault by some rude customers doing this, but those triangular shaped carts should be discarded....they are useless. Coffee at 4:00am was stone cold. Had to use the microwave in the room to warm it up. Now the good. Check-in and out was very easy. The three clerks we saw were very pleasant and always greeted us. The hotel and room was very clean. This hotel is under renovations, but there was no debris or dirt anywhere. There is a swimming pool area that was very nice. It even had a waterfall into the pool. We noticed a chair life into and out of the pool....nice touch. There is a workout room, but is very small and very limited in what is offered. If more than two people were in the room, it would be tight. And, using the dumbbells is a challenge as swinging them in such a confined area would be hard. No food for us as we were too early for dinner (we hear there is a restaurant there) and too early for breakfast. But the hotel offers them. The hotel is very conveniently located off the Interstate. Back-tracking that same route and beyond and there is a straight shot to the airport (which brought us to the City - a very early flight out). Overall, we'd stay here again. Compared to the Holiday Inn Express a few blocks away and there is no comparison. That HIE, which we've stayed at before, has way too many issues - including a dead mouse in the room (3rd floor). I stayed here four nights and was so impressed with the staff’s friendliness, responsiveness, and helpfulness. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and took care of the issue immediately. The property is clean and feels safe. It’s very conveniently located near a large shopping center and one exit away from the outlet mall, yet it’s quiet and out of the way. My room was large and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. There’s no business center, but when I needed to print something, the man at the front desk to,d. E to email it to him, and he’d print. That wouldn’t have worked for a confidential file, but it was just museum tickets. My last night there, the Wi-Fi went out. The front desk put me in touch with Hilton IT, who opened a ticket, but it was still out (property-wide) the next morning.
