All good! Lovely staff, clean and good Wi-Fi. Nice choice at breakfast quiet and central location. Easy walk up the slope even with our backpacks… only took a couple of minutes and not steep at all!

The environment is relatively clean. The location is not very easy to find. It is very convenient to eat around. There is also a small supermarket selling fruit. There is also a vegetable market. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide hair dryers and incomplete daily necessities.

We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

The hotel is located in the center of Hai Phong city, covenient for travelling around. Customer service is very nice and friendly. The TV automatically turns on when I come back feels interesting. There is a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Also it is suitable for business trip!!

The room was quite clean, with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient, but the highest elevator was on the 7th floor, and you had to climb down the stairs on the 8th and 9th floors. The breakfast was mainly Japanese style, and the view outside was nice every day while eating breakfast. I will stay at this hotel again next time, and the staff are very nice

Our group stayed here for one night on the way to Halong Bay. We were told there weren't many tourist hotels in Haiphong and this was our only option. It should be a 4 star hotel. The only difference I found with 4 star hotels is that they offer a bowl of fruit, which is what this hotel does. The room decor was quite dated, especially the bathroom, and the bed we stayed in was the hardest hotel we stayed in in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. We had a pretty good dinner here but the overall service was not great. We were told this is a government run hotel and they don't tend to have such great service.

The value for money is excellent, the rooms are the cleanest I have stayed in in Vietnam and the family that run the hotel are so helpful, with anything from tour bookings, motorbikes and buses back to the mainland.
If I am ever back on Cat ba Island I will definitely be staying here again.

The hostel staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful, also the owner (I think) who I was texting with. I had dinner there which was amazing. They also refilled my water bottle instead of giving me a new one which is just more plastic. But please also no straws. The rooms unfortunately are not nice. The walls are dirty and the mattress is so hard. I even got one of the best rooms but still. For the price you pay compared to other places, also being next to the street and not really a nice view, I think it’s too much money for what you get.

GGuest UserStayed two nights here. The hotel is in the heart of the Catba island with a lot of restaurants, tour agents and shops around. Our room was upgraded by the owner due to the availability and the stay was a very pleasant experience. Room was nice and clean with all basic needs included. The breakfast was also alright for the money paid. The owner and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserWonderful home stay, great location, peaceful setting. Dat, the manager, and his staff are friendly, helpful, and fun. Met many families, couples and several solo travelers. Dat is always helping people with local knowledge, tours, travel, and guidance for things to do on Cat Ba Island. The location is about 20-25 minutes by motorbike, 12km), from Cat Ba town. Scenic road to travel on. Close to national park, caves, etc. The lodge is surrounded by mountains and a number of small farms near the road which leads to the reservoir - great for morning or afternoon walks. So….if you like nature and nice people this is the place for you.

TtraveldudeThe room is amazing. Looks like a room you would get in a 5 star AirBnB, maybe even a 5 star hotel. The boss is extremely friendly. Only problem is the location. It's located in a Milano coffee shop which is just extremely odd. The location the app gave me was off by almost a km. Hopefully this has been fixed but I highly recommend contacting the boss before you arrive just to make sure. Ask him for the proper address.

分鐘以後才說有看到訂單，但是沒付錢還是要你在付一次錢，一樣在那邊僵持著不要理會她，最後才說有看到了
可是訂單上面就是全部都有寫了還在裝死不想承認一直想要在現場再付一次錢，只要有出票了就要堅持不退讓，對方才沒辦法得逞，只能說櫃檯人員的這種想要宰2次的感覺真的很差
下次會選其他家了

But the front desk clerk charged two bottles of mineral water when checking out (because I reported the inconvenience of check-in to Trip.com, made her irritated, canceled the gift?)

Just chatting for a few minutes, my sister decided to do a 2 day 1 night trip to Cat Ba to relieve stress. ✅ Move: We choose to ride a motorbike, moving from the center to the island doesn't take much time, just go and enjoy the scenery. Ferry ticket: 12k 1ng. Motorbike 57k 2ng and car. The lateest trip in summer is 19h. The seaside road is as beautiful as the rumor. Paper flowers grow on both sides of the shore, check in anywhere. This month, there are also rice flowers growing, anyone who takes a motorbike keeps looking at the roadside to see rice flowers, and going through the cottage to check in. ✅ Hotel: I stayed at the Manh Vuong hotel right on the street 1/4 . This hotel has been in business for a long time, but the room quality is still good and the view is beautiful. Right by the sea, open the door to see the sea breeze hitting the face r. 🤣 The price of the seafront has a nice view but it is very cheap: 400k/ night ✅ Dining: check-in is also at noon, so we eat fruit cake in the room and wait 2 o'clock to eat rice dumplings.
