We stayed there 3 nights. The room was huge and the view bomb. Of course there are Russians, but Chinese do not hurt. The damage is just that Mui Ne has just a problem with the sand beach. Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 6 including a dog. Received a lovely welcome by the staff on arrival with fresh fruit and juice. We had 3 wonderful bungalows right on the beautiful beach which was empty most of the time. Spent most of our day around the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. Ate at the hotel restaurant for lunch where the food was delicious and excellent value for money. Overall, we had a great stay and felt really well looked after by all the staff.

Ocean vista is part of the huge territory Sea links city. We were already in Mui Ne in this hotel a few years ago: we were seduced and we didn't try to go anywhere... The resort is still so beautiful, (although aging: in 8 years nothing has changed, the Clim is no longer first youth, the windows close badly...) quiet, careful staff, breakfast on the map repeated but excellent, 2 superb pools... however, despite all this ... unfortunately at the arrival what huge disappointment! The beach has disappeared... massacred by the storms... certainly due to climate warming... but from the whole bay, Sunsea resort is the only one who has not done work to repair or prevent as Their neighbors... see the grieving photos of the result! The access to the beach by sand bags is dangerous (not even a provisional scale)... but possible at low mare.... Impossible at high mare : no access to the beach is possible ! We insisted to meet the director... who did not accept under the pretext that he doesn't speak English... for at least surprised in a hotel with international clients ! In compensation and on our insistence we were offered a fresh fruit juice at the Bar...

The location of the hotel is good, you can take a taxi when you go out. The environment is very good, with a private beach. The breakfast is plentiful, but the disadvantage is that the facilities are slightly outdated. Most of the guests are Russian, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Recommend~

1/ The location of this resort is in a sea area with a lot of waste oil. The sand on the shore has a lot of black sand that looks like oil or is not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again. 2/ Catering services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga practice are generally good. 3/ The major minus point and I will not choose to return to this resort is the power outage in the room many times during the night (shutdown and then shut down and then open ....) I went in the middle of July when the rainy season started but I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the hot kids couldn't sleep. 4/ The bed has a waterproof mattress and pillow cover that rustles every time you turn it over... in general, it makes people unable to sleep well. Without a good night's sleep, people have wild dreams, some of my friends say it's like this resort has a problem (spiritual...) so they sleep around :). I have the same problem, so I don't know what to do. 5/ My family was almost forced to compensate for the slippers because the children carried them around between rooms (they found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the loss of slippers but it must be a brand new pair of slippers, and the resort sandals are old and very old, I don't know how to compensate if I lose my slippers, I must be very upset. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

This is the first hotel we chose when we were in Vietnam. The beautiful landscape and the facilities were new and nice. Room was well decorated, breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western cuisine, we love tea and coffee. The service was super good, special shout out to Thuy from front desk, her service made us felt like home. Every single detail was well arranged for us. Thank you Thuy. We surely will come back here again!
