Welcome Center Hotels

In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!  The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

The bathroom needs to be renovated.

The hotel's location is really ideal as it's close to the airport. I booked the hotel shuttle as my flight was to land ~1am. On arrival, It was a little challenging finding the driver as he could not be contacted via whatsapp. I had to get someone with a local phone line to help contact him. The hotel reception was closed with doors shut when I arrived, a little after 1am. For such a large hotel, I found this surprising. Maybe dueto secirity concerns? Eventually a sleepy receptionist showed up. This was discouraging. Even with security concerns, response to a confirmed client, especially a pre-booked one should be smarter. Things however began to look up when the manager stepped in, he was very courteous, welcoming and ensured I got the room and amenities I had booked. I stayed just the 1 night due and checked out the next day. I really appreciated the late check out availabilty that was extended at online booking, as it gave time for my hosts to come pick me up after church services. The room was quite clean, well maintained and the area serene. The breakfast was also good with some variety. I ended up enjoying my short stay. Good value for the promo price I took advantage of.

A fine and well organised Hotel. Very courteous staff; and good amenities

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and surprisingly spacious. I slept like a dream.

Good place, nice staff, could use a little upgrade/security

The rooms were too shabby looking, chairs were torn, no, AC had no remote control, business suite has no sofa bed, fridge was dirty and nasty. Overall it was not a good experience.

They gave us the worst room saying it was better than what I had booked but we saw the other rooms were nicer. Desk person was rude but cleaning staff were nice humble people. Go to any other hotel than the Welcome center.

Disappointing stay on a hotel that I have used for several years dating back to year 2000. I have stayed here more than 20 times for mostly two to three nights stay due to proximity to airport. But this visit was heartbreaking. Nothing really worked. No hot water. WiFi didn’t work. Breakfast was rationed to four cuts of fried yam and lousy egg sauce that was hardly a full meal spoon. I was disappointed to say the least. Needless to say it would be my last visit!
