They were doing renovation on the Restaurant. The noise went on till 11pm every night. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, it was not their fault.

El servicio de la mayoría del personal es muy buena, sin embargo, no tuvimos agua caliente más de la mitad de la estancia y la única respuesta era que al tener cupo lleno, se satura el uso de agua caliente.
No cambiaron las sábanas durante los cinco días y el servicio de limpieza q la habitación no era bueno.
Las albercas estaban sumamente sucias, el agua se veía verdosa y tenía mal olor.

Yo reserve con desayunos incluidos y en el hotel comentan que los desayunos solo son para los adultos, en mi caso viaje con dos menores a los cuales les tuve que pagar aparte si desayuno, en el cuarto facil me encontré dos cucarachas. No vuelvo a hospedarme ahí.

Las fotos se ven mucho mejor de lo que realmente esta. La habitación que me dieron primero estaba en un lugar terrible, una sección olvidada. Afortunadamente me cambiaron de cuarto y ya no estaba tan mal. Pero había una cucaracha en la habitación y el restaurante tardo 50 min en llevar la cena los meseros con cero atención.

No me respetaron la habitación que reserve, me dieron lo que había pedí dos camas y me dieron una .. además en el baño no había agua se reportó pero no solucionaron …. Solo había agua en la regadera, y cuando una persona se bañaba el agua se quedaba estancada
