I have travelled specifically to this hotel because of the SPA options it offers, just to find me that Sunday afternoon the SPA does not open, and Monday morning the SPA is closed for maintenance. I have travelled to Real City for nothing, especially frustrating that no one in the hotel has information about the SPA if it is not the person responsible for receiving the SPA. To the extent that you cannot inform the customer of, for example, whether that Monday is the one that the SPA will be closed for maintenance. The SPA manager, on his part, washs his hands over the whole matter by saying she has no information about the guests staying in the hotel and whether they want to use the SPA or not. The information is only received when the guests book the room with access to the SPA, an option that is only available on the hotel's own website, but not on *********** where I made the reservation. On the other hand, the SPA's antiquate web site does not indicate any timetable information (or at least 20 minutes after I can't find it anywhere) or information about closure calendars, and in fact for bookings and contacts offer only the option of a telephone contact and a contact form to call you. In short, the lack of service and information offered by the hotel is ridiculous because of the lack of communication capacity between departments, and of course it seems pathetic to have travelled 2 hours from Madrid to Real City for absolutely nothing.

Muy bien situado, limpio y un trato muy agradable. Buen asesoramiento por parte del personal. Quizás poca consideración a la hora de la asignación de la habitación. No puedo opinar del parking ni del desayuno por qué no he usado dichos servicios.

I was staying a weekend during the Classical Theatre Festival of Almagro, located on a street between the Provincial Square, the San Francisco Square and the Pilar Square. It is a hotel that is noticed that it has already its age, but it generally seemed good. Hemos estado 3 noches, para pasar fin de año, por lo que hemos cogido la cena de gala. Y desayuno los 3 días. Esta situado a la entrada de Ciudad Real, a 10 minutos andando del centro. Bastante aparcamiento en la puerta. El hotel no es muy grande,pero tiene muy buenas zonas comunes, piscina, jardín,varios salones para reuniones. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, al igual que el baño. El salón para desayuno pequeño, con un bufet correcto, básico pero bueno. La camarera agradable, la del bufet, la muchacha de cafetería no habla. El servicio de cafetería es bueno, sanwich, molletes, y algunas cosas más. No muy caro Recepción agradables. La cena de fin de año, mejorable, no está mal, pero tampoco es nada especial. Tan solo el primer plato,algo más elaborado [concha con bogavante y vieira] La crema estaba buena pero fría. El cordon bleu, muy muy regular. Postre bueno. Los camarer@s de cena agradables. Después fiesta en la discoteca. El hotel me ha gustado. Repetiría si vuelvo a Ciudad Real.

A special mention to the staff that runs the hotel in a smooth way for the benefit of their guests. Nothing is a problem for them, making the guest feel at home. Having said that, the hotel is centrally located with good size rooms and clean bathrooms. A fridge with drinks and a safe are available in the room. Breakfast is decent with some warm choices. It was a good idea to have a microwave oven in the breakfast room in case you want something warmer; I miss that in most hotels. If there is a drawback is the hard bed, but it is not a problem at this hotel, but in most NH hotels. The pillow was quite good, though.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.
