The good side: The hotel has good hardware facilities, the decoration is magnificent, it should be rated as 4 stars or above, and it is located in the city center.
Areas for improvement:
1. I checked in at the front desk and gave the waiter 2 ID cards, but only one was returned to me. There is no face recognition either. What surprised me was that at a time when hotels across the country have canceled deposits, this hotel actually required a 500 yuan deposit, otherwise I would not be able to check in.
2. The hygiene is worrisome. When you enter the room, a rectangular biscuit left by the previous guest is lying on the carpet.
3. The number of paid items in the room is eye-opening. Family planning supplies, razors, men's and women's disposable underwear, socks, nail clippers, slippers and mineral water. Only then did I understand why the hotel needed to pay a deposit.
4. This hotel actually has hourly rooms. Don’t ask me how I know because it’s clearly posted on the bathroom mirror. Without making me doubt, is this a for one night exclusive hotel?
5. I have stayed in so many hotels, and while other hotels even provide minibars for free, this hotel only provides 2 bottles of free drinking water, and the others must be charged.
6. The hotel does not have disposable slippers, only the plastic slippers used in bathhouses. I seriously doubt whether it has been sterilized.
7. The hotel does not have disposable combs. Of course I brought them myself, so I didn’t bother the hotel to provide them.
8. Parking is not free for hotel guests and costs 20 yuan per night. This is also the first time I've encountered this kind of operation. After looking around the parking lot, most of them have local Zhejiang B license plates, and there are very few out-of-town license plates. It seems that this hotel mainly serves locals and is not suitable for foreign tourists [laughing]
The hardware of this hotel is perfect and the service really needs to be improved.
Outstanding
