Environment: The hotel has a serene ambiance, with lush greenery and unique landscaping. Every corner offers a different scenic view, clearly reflecting the hotel's design philosophy of order, solemnity, and style. Cleanliness: Very clean, no flaws whatsoever. Service: Customer service manager Xiao Jiang was prompt in responding to requests, and all hotel staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. Next time I need a staycation nearby, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is very new, and the rooms are large and spacious. Our butler, Xiao Yun, provided excellent and responsive service. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's very close to Hangzhou Bay Bridge, making it convenient for visiting Hangzhou Bay Wetland Park and Fantawild. However, it's a bit far from Cixi city center attractions.

Chinese New Year. This hotel truly made me feel the festive spirit of the holiday. We stayed here on the second day of the ***** New Year. From check-in to the reception staff, everything was filled with a festive atmosphere, and it was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. No need for excessive praise. It's a great hotel; everyone should experience it for themselves.

Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

The package I booked this time had thoughtful little details everywhere in the room, and the amenities were excellent. The service also exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose Junlan again next time I'm in Hangzhou Bay.

For someone like me who just wants a change of scenery to scroll on my phone, this place is great! It's not far from the highway, avoids the hustle and bustle of the old town, and the restaurant meets my needs. There are also food delivery options nearby. It's really good if you don't want to squeeze into the old town. The room layout is also good, meeting my most important hotel requirements: comfort, cleanliness, safety, and quiet. The only downside is that the location is still a bit out of the way for now. The night I arrived, I had a drinking engagement and brought two cases of alcohol as a gift. I planned to send them to my friend via a same-day delivery service, but even with a 100 extra yuan tip, no one picked up the order. Shenzhou Car Rental doesn't operate in Cixi, just because the location is a bit remote. I was starting to feel a bit anxious, so I thought, 'Surely if I book the most expensive Didi ride for over 240 yuan, someone will pick it up?' Nope, still nothing. I was about to ask the hotel to call a taxi for me, but then I decided to just book a regular Didi, and it worked! Getting back to the hotel from the city center late at night was smooth, though. The surface parking lot is good, with plenty of width. From the elevator, I saw there are two levels of underground parking, so parking should be convenient.

This hotel was incredibly strange. While the interior itself was generally fine, the location was extremely remote, and our window overlooked an abandoned building. We felt okay after checking in, but by nightfall, my entire family felt uneasy. Was it something supernatural? Was it because there were so few guests? It's hard to say. My child kept crying and screaming, as if startled. We hadn't done anything unusual during the day, and we've never experienced anything like this on previous trips. We ended up checking out and leaving around 11 PM. It wasn't until the car drove far away that my child calmed down, and only after we moved to a different place did they finally sleep peacefully.
