之前住過感覺不好，前兩天我看重新裝修了，又試一下，上次入住體驗很好，但是今天1月17號又定了，這個又回到解放前了，這個房間又臭又冷，搞不懂啥情況，誰能給解釋一下？

首先：1.衞生條件真不咋地 穿着衣服躺床上 我就説哪來那麼多像頭皮屑一樣的東西 整件衣服都是！給服務員打電話 第一個電話到第二個電話總共十分鐘時間 也不來處理！後來打了第二個電話叫經理上來自己來感受下滿床都是頭皮屑一樣的床單被套能睡人嗎？如圖一！！！也沒人來看 就打個電話上來説換個床單還是換個房間 我説換房間吧 服務員叫我下去前台換房卡 就沒管理人員來看！我在電梯口等着碰到了一個穿襯衫一樣的管理人員男的戴眼鏡的！我以為他是來看我那個房間的 沒想到不是！是去別的房間！我就説這個你們就是衞生有問題 他説 那是布草送來沒拍過！布草送來不都疊好的嗎？你們還是在房間打掃套完被子再拍？那不是把所有白色的都在房間裏啊……哦 拍不乾淨的 床尾屁股一坐黑色褲子都是白色的！我真的頭髮都是白色的 頭皮屑一樣！後來換了個房間 當晚十一點多了 我進去先在床單上用黑色衣服碰了一角還好沒有 等我睡醒一看衣服又全是了！真的無語了 不會再入住第二次了 讓人很不舒服！

性價比很高。開始以為會一般，一進大廳就感覺很不錯。房間也非常OK，性價比高。出差非常適合

房間環境可以，也每天更換床單，除了淋浴間防水條不太牢固外都很好。
但是5月1日的前台員工服務態度非常差，且區別對待。我退房後希望在前台寄存一下行李，前台服務員一開始直接拒絕，讓我放在對面的外賣寄存點。我看到前台裏還有其他客人寄存的行李，因此堅持寄存，服務員才不情不願地幫忙寄存。可能是看我們一行衹有兩個小姑娘，覺得很好欺負，因為之後面對其他客人的時候，一直在陪笑。
酒店也有見人下菜的嫌疑，五一當天看到兩組客人入住，一組年輕客人被報價300元，理由是五一漲價了。另一組中年男子同樣被報價300元，提出為什麼比攜程還貴後才告知可以免去早餐，價格變為258。

乾淨、整潔，房間裏的配套也齊全，環境優美，檔次高，交通也方便，前台小姐姐漂亮大方服務態度好，早餐也豐盛，住着舒心，下次過來出差還會考慮這裏。
