The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, the quality and taste are excellent. I tried the yellow croaker noodles for breakfast, and they were delicious! 👍 Overall, I'd recommend this place. A little more attention to detail in the cleaning would be even better. The front desk staff's smile service could use a slight improvement.

The lobby was absolutely stunning, and the service was excellent! They brought us fruit several times, and those peaches were especially delicious 🍑.

This is probably the best hotel in Cixi city center right now. The atrium's landscaping is beautiful, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The pool and gym are a bit far, but all the facilities are top-notch. Coincidentally, there were several engagement parties happening at the hotel during my stay.

We brought our kids to Cixi for a trip during their Hangzhou school spring break and May Day holiday. The hotel environment is great, very quiet, and super convenient for getting around. The only downside is that there are no EV charging stations on-site, so we had to go to an external charging station. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

Cixi Mingyue Lake Huanglong Hotel is a new benchmark for five-star hotels, and the experience was absolutely perfect! 👍 - **Ambiance:** The hotel boasts a new Chinese garden style, with stunning, unobstructed lake views that are perfect for photos. - **Rooms:** The rooms are spacious and brand new, equipped with smart facilities, comfortable bedding, and top-notch bathroom amenities. It was an incredibly comfortable stay. - **Service:** The staff were warm and attentive, quick to respond, and paid great attention to detail. The overall experience was excellent. - **Dining:** The breakfast was varied and authentic, featuring distinct local specialties. The afternoon tea was exquisite and absolutely delicious. - **Amenities:** They offer free parking, a heated swimming pool, and a gym. The facilities are comprehensive, making travel very convenient. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation in Cixi. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel because it was new. The facilities are excellent, especially the bed and pillows – they're the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. The breakfast was also decent. Now, for the downsides: the service was a complete disaster. Not a single staff member smiled or showed any service awareness. They didn't even inform guests that the parking QR code had been updated, making us go up and down unnecessarily. Please train your staff properly; it's a huge letdown. I won't be staying here again.
