Very poor service, never stayed in a hotel with such poor service

There was renovation in the afternoon on the day of check-in. I didn't inform in advance before check-in. After the renovation started, I asked the front desk and said it was powerless, and there were no earplugs provided. Except for the helpless noise that day, everything else is okay, but I hope that next time there is a similar situation, we can inform in advance, so that customers can choose whether to change hotels, instead of enduring the decoration noise of electric drills and hammers

Driving to Cixi for fun, I think this hotel should be the most cost-effective hotel in the surrounding area. The service robot is pretty cute. Hotel check-in and check-out are quick and easy. The room facilities are advanced, the shower has a large amount of water, and the hot water comes out quickly. The lighting in the room is warm and comfortable. The environment is quiet and undisturbed.

The hall is still quite impressive, there is a cute robot walking around and going back to recharge by itself. The room is quite big. Although it was just opened this year, it has been renovated for more than half a year, so it has no smell. The breakfast is also good, the first time I ate boiled prawns. It's just that the location and traffic are a bit awkward, and you have to take a detour to Wuyue. I don't know why the road can't be repaired directly.

The lobby is very bright and the room is clean. Because I am a new user, I have given free upgrades and refunds. I didn’t order breakfast. The front desk gave me a free breakfast. The toilet is very smart and the cushions can be heated. The only problem Even though the TV is very big, the programs have to be paid for, and it is not possible to use the mobile phone to cast the screen.
