Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time.
