Room was spacious. Big enough for 3 people. Have kettle for hot water and a mini bar fridge for own use. Toilet also spacious and clean.

It is a great hotel for family if you want to stay close to Springvale and Chadstone. Check in was very easy. Free parking in front of your room. Room size is large enough for family of 4 or 5 pp. it is very clean and nice after recent renovation. Highly recommend for family. You also get bonus 2 free drinks including beers.

Was extremely happy with my stay at Night cap this 1 week I was there. Please look into providing disposable tooth brushes and the breakfast packs was a very nice touch. Kudos to the hotel team including the house keeping . Good job.

It's a motel, and there's also a restaurant and bar next to the front desk. Don't order breakfast. Breakfast is just juice bread that you can buy in some supermarkets. You might as well eat it yourself. The room is huge.

Standard motel. Overall good, clean and spacious. There is no breakfast service and no one comes to work until ten in the morning. The room is near the road (not the highway), so it's a bit noisy. The room has a window, but it doesn't seem to open.

The price/performance ratio is acceptable.
