After spending over $400 I was expecting to at least feel welcomed but it was quite the opposite. Front desk seemed to be bothered when asked about the amenities and how to access them. Tried to get a hold of a manager to discuss a problem with the room … not available. Tried to see if anything could be done due to the inconvenience also denied. So definitely will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Amazingly friendly and helpful Staff (Check in Brett), Tammy (GM) and Tara. Always looking to elevate your experience and extraordinarily accommodating. The property itself needs some sprucing up but is in an amazing location with private beachfront and beautiful panoramic views of open water, sunsets, tourboats and the occasional dolphin sighting in the distance. Great Property with attached restaurant. Based off the movie so decor of Winter everywhere was cool. Only downside was no hot tub. It being cool out, it would’ve been nice instead of watching the people in the hotel next door (same owner of both hotels), enjoying a jacuzzi. Rooftop bistro in the next door hotel was great

Staff were amazing. Location was beautiful. Absolutely loved the beach attendants Terri and Jamie. They were so good with the kids and fun to chat with. Food was good at the restaurant. We did all meals there. Best mudslide I've had in a long time at the bar on the beach. Rooms were a little more run down but not a problematic issue and they were clean. Loved our view. Coffee at the front desk was plentiful in the morning. Loved the educational moments throughout that you didn't expect. Pool was so warm when the outside air was so cold and made it wonderful to be able to swim even though it was cold. Found thousands of beautiful shells right on the beach. Music till 10 pm and live music was great during the day on Saturday. Atmosphere made us not want to leave. Saw dolphins swimming right out front of the beach around lunch. Found living creatures like sea urchins we focused on putting back in the water. Just a great time and sad we weren't there longer for sure. Cannot wait to go back as it is now a place we will come back to for sure.
