Palm Cove Motel

The room was fresh and spotless. However, it took multiple phone calls to get access code to room; it then had to be changed several times as it did not work. On the second night the television was not working. After 90 minutes on the phone it was deemed that it was no longer working. On both instances I was speaking to someone offsite. Both were very apologetic and understood my frustration. I would like a partial refund.

Received text room ready for arrival hours before. 4pm check in room was not clean for myself or another guest who happened to be in the parking lot calling front desk number who said they would get back to us. One hr later still no word so first called and was told same thing would call directly back after contacting housekeeping staff so we finally drove back walk in room is thrown together. Tv operates with Roku remote and LG remote which was missing call again told again will get right back with you. Never heard anything so watched TV on phone entire stays which thank goodness was only to wind down for evening. Aside from poor communication appearing after paying you could be the less of the worry the motel is still ver spacious, well cleaned, easily accessible. Highly secured and they know what you are doing 24/7 with a ring camera etc just wish they cared half as much about you once your in there PAID as they do about what you might do or bring onto property

The room was clean but the furniture was old and needed update. They had mismatched towels and the shower curtain needed to be changed because it was faded. All in all it was an good stay. Close to a lot of places to eat and shop.

The room was very clean and conveniently located. The TV remote didn’t work but we didn’t need the TV. The outlet under the window didn’t work but we improvised. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs in the room so one person didn’t have to sit on the bed. The communication was prompt between myself and management. We will definitely stay again.

Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type of uniform to identify themselves as housekeeping there to change my linens, which was really alarming as a solo traveler to have a man and a bunch of women at my door. Then another man came in my room and said he was there to fix my ac unit (that was leaking) and proceeded haul tools and parts into the room and use the towels provided to clean up the leaking water from the ac. The agent did message me a couple hours later to ask if someone can access my room later today to fix my ac. I asked for clean towels but never got them. Overall it was okay, room was clean for the most part. But I have stayed in airbnbs where hosts were way more attentive. And as a hotel I don’t think I would book again though.

Comfortable and clean studio. A few free snacks and a Keurig with a variety of kcups. Many walkable places to eat. Easy access to expressways.

Palm Cove Motel is a cute place to stay for couples. We found our suite to be spacious and clean. Although it is close to a major road, the bedroom was whisper quiet for sleeping. Check in process was seamless without the need for a concierge. Would recommend!

I was here for two nights on business. From the outside it looks like a 1950s motel with mature palm trees and has a very laid back vibe. The inside looks like the picture - renovated and clean. It was a little strange not having staff on site, but it totally worked - they communicated effectively through messages and I really didn't miss it all all. Check in was great. I was also traveling alone and as a woman don't usually pick a place with an outside door. I felt safe and comfortable here and would stay here again.

I always stay in nice hotels never motels … but this time I was trying to save money and closely relied on reviews. People said it was clean it was just so so and people said it was close to everything it was miles from everything. The only place in walking distance was the ballpark. How did they never mention how scary it is for a woman traveling alone to arrive to no front desk, no staff, having to get your own towels and toilet paper? No body wash in dispenser and I call to have it filled it never was and when I call back she says they said it was filled even though I said it was not. Broken air conditioner. Reported and never fixed. No ventilation try sleeping nights in Fl w no air con. Worst experience of my life. Normally ******* reviews can be relied upon. What were these people on? They must be people who bever stayed in a real place. Avoid here at all costs not worth it to save a little.😡
