Very nice room...location is perfect for my work

Walked into room and the roaches where every where likely I just need a shower then I’m out of here going to try to get a refund if they are in this room then they are everywhere no point moving rooms

I’ve been coming to this hotel once a month, I’m not happy cuz the room smell of mold as u can see on the picture I just uploaded. The tub has footprint in it.

Needs Better Breakfast . Some Staff are very unprofessional.

It was very run down and the AC did not work in the first room. The second room I moved to was better. The pool was supposed to be closed when Sunset. kids were out until midnight.

We stayed for 8 nights. Breakfast was served from 7-10am and if you didn’t get there early, there was nothing left to eat but the waffles. Breakfast items weren’t replenished as they ran out. Once it was gone, that’s it. There was no juice, or water to drink. Coffee, or tea but no hot water for the tea/hot chocolate. Had to ask for more towels every day as there were 4 guests and they supplied with 2 towels. Daily room cleanings were done late in the afternoon so when we came back to the room to get ready for dinner, they were either just finishing or still In there with the wet floors Also had to track down extra pillows as there was only 2 pillows on 2 queen size beds. Would not recommend staying there again
