Please note that there is an additional fee for optional pool/spa heating ($25/day, $150/week, $500/month). The pool and spa share the same heater, so one cannot be heated without the other.
Welcome to this beautiful Clear Creek vacation rental, a unique house that has the best water view and largest pool deck in the neighborhood. The house can host up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each suite. There's also a pack and play for younger visitors in the larger master bedroom.
This home's location is ideal for easy access to everything that has made Central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. The house is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or simply relax by the pool.
Enjoy the privacy of your pool and hot tub with a relaxing lake view. The pool deck is expanded on both sides, making it perfect for families of all sizes. There are four sun loungers, a shaded dining table, and a cooling ceiling fan available for those days you just want to relax and spend the day by the pool. There is also a grill on the pool deck for your convenience.

When staying at this house, you can expect nothing but the best! The home has an open arrangement perfect for family stays. There is a central living area with comfortable furniture and a 75" flat screen TV. In addition, there are flat screen TVs in four of the bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, themed linens (Frozen and Avengers), quality bath and pool towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. The following are also provided upon your arrival: two kitchen trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, hand soap in each bathroom, and two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We do not provide coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or any other items not listed above.
We ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standards and thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, provide friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. Our property management team lives nearby and can provide immediate assistance with any guest issues.

This home is located off Highway 27, North of the US 192 intersection. Only 20 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, and 25 to 40 minutes away from all major Central Florida attractions. It is located to the west of I-4, allowing you to avoid major traffic. Enjoy a smooth ride home when you are exhausted after a long day at the parks!

Gorgeous, clean, open and welcoming Villa! Everything we needed as a family with young ones was there! Pool was beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood close to all the parks! Owners of home checked in via app during the stay and are very accommodating! We were welcomed with basket with handwritten note, beds were amazingly comfortable (fresh, new clean linens and blankets). Will definitely be staying again next year when we visit Disney! I can’t say enough, thanks so much for such an awesome stay! Highly recommend 10 stars!

Property was very neat and clean, and it was well supplied with linens, kitchen appliances and cookware, and dishes and glasses and cups. Beds were very comfortable. Property location is convenient to get to Disney destinations. Communication with owners of property and property manager was excellent!!

Family trip
we had a great time here. only mishap was the check in process but it was quickly resolved! owners were very responsive and left a cute gift basket and personalized card to welcome us! This is kinda far from Universal Studios but better location for Disneyworld. Universal was about 1 hour away with the traffic.

The home was nice and clean. It was just as described. The host has the indoor temperature set on a timer that only they can control. My family and I found ourselves sweating throughout the night. Not being able to control the air temperature is my only complaint.

Great Family Spot
Just right for multi-generation: king suite for mom & dad, queen suite for granny, plenty of room for kiddos. Nice kitchen and the pool/hot tub was great for end of day wind down. Jim & Samantha are great hosts. Would definitely stay again. *Depending on traffic, it can take longer to get to the parks.

Just far enough from parks
We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, Publix and Walmart. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We bought pool toys not realizing they had some for use, we added to the collection in the garage. FYI.. pool cleaning was Tuesday morning and you cannot swim for 2-3 hours after they done. As far as Disney parks go, this was the perfect location away from all the traffic. I think the longest it took us for 28 minutes one day. Our hosts were amazing in communication, would definitely recommend for families.
