Good reviews, the guy at the front desk is very nice! I went to the hotel in advance and asked the guy if I could check in early. He said that he was jet lag from just going to the United States, but he didn't expect that he would actually check in.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Even though it’s near the airport it’s very quiet. Would stay here again.

For the amount of money that I spent on my room and dining there, you’d think that they’d have the courtesy to give me a discount on the room or a voucher to use in the future. My toilet was refilling all night long. The maintenance man spent 15 minutes waiting for it to come on & nothing happened. Maybe he should’ve tried 20-30? Front desk(with Manager) didn’t want to interact with my issue, what a disappointment.

Excellent service - your employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and above average at customer service! Restaurant food was really good - better than expected. Hotel Shuttle drivers were so helpful! The room was clean and that is most important to me. If you ever remodel, I would suggest higher toilets - tough on tall people. Bed was a little uncomfortable- felt like maybe a spring was loose in one part of the mattress - but would definitely recommend your hotel to others and stay there again- thank you.

The staff was very friendly . We enjoyed having breakfast each morning at the restaurant. My favorite thing about the hotel is the indoor pool and spa.
