As an American historical building, the hotel is very simple and has an American flavor. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the location is extremely superior, the surrounding walking distance is the art museum and the history museum.

Adjacent to the Business School of Case Western Chu University, the front desk staff at the hotel have a good attitude, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, and a nice hotel.

Very nice building with well preseved historical details. Great location, walking distance to museums and other amenities.
There is a door on the demising wall to the adjacent suite, you can hear everything from your neighbor.

The bartender ( I’m so sorry u forget her name!) was amazing!! Told us the history of the hotel and recommended a fantastic dining option (L’albatros)
The porter/concierge ( also forget his name) told us how to catch the train to get to the game and not only saved us a bucket of money in Ubers but we got to see so much more of Cleveland!! Best stay😊
