Stayed for 7 consecutive nights. The service staff was good, but the hygiene was average. The air conditioner was noisy, the ventilation system was not good, and the windows could not be opened, which caused discomfort.

THe fromt desk staff were realy helpful telling us how to use the shuddle to the Clinic, where was the best place get dinner & breakfast. Also the hotel engineer came to oyr resque. Parking very easy! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back in February!!

Every staff member we met was happy, inviting and kind. Ty, Mimi, and Monique need a special shout-out. All of Cleveland impressed us but if we come back, we know we will stay here again.

Cleanliness was terrible, day of cleaning never did the room, housekeeping was nasty and obnoxious, no information about restaurants in the area, no pamphlets about the area and I can go on
