The room is quite large and you can see Lake Erie outside the window. The sound insulation effect is not very good. You can hear the comings and goings of surrounding residents and their voices clearly at night. The hotel's food and beverages are average.

The room was really clean and nicely put together. It had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for our night out on the town. Would recommend and will go again!

Excellent location that was a 15 minute walk from the Browns stadium. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Also, my room was upgraded free-of-charge from a king to two queen beds when I requested a cot for room to accommodate a 3rd adult.

Check in was a breeze with Jen. This hotel was so close to Browns stadium. We stayed here for Indians game too. Valet parking is perfect. Beds and pillows comfortable. Big rooms. Very nice hotel without an outrageous price.

The trip started meeting Alice, who was absolutely incredible! She was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We at breakfast in the Westin Kitchen and Courtney was our waitress. She was incredible as well and our food was perfect!
The only complaint would be that our room fluctuated temperature even with the air/heat on but it was a minor situation

Amazing rooms and service. Front desk worked with us to get connecting rooms. We had an issue with our door keypad and maintenance was there in 5 minutes to replace the batteries. Concierge helped us to arrange travel plans for the Browns game. Highly recommend and will stay at again next time we are in town.

We have stayed here a few times and it’s always so clean and decorated so cute. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Last nights stay I noticed by check in that they had a make your own ornament station set up. What a nice touch at this time of year!

Overall great stay. Beds weren't super comfortable, but room was nice and we enjoyed the location. Also not super close to alot of resturant options. But it is close to the stadium :-)
