Holiday Inn CLEVELAND CLINIC by IHG

This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again.

The staff at this motel went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The gal at the front desk during the day by the name of Crystal is wonderful. A gentleman by the name of Michael is a server in their restaurant. He is amazing. He made breakfast special, which was delicious. The room I must say needed some attention. I couldn’t take my shoes off. The floor and carpet made my socks dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room. I do know that housekeeping only has a certain amount of time to clean each room but this isn’t acceptable. The bed was clean and comfortable. We slept well. We are coming back to stay in a few days. I am hoping this was just a fluke.

Rooms were very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Shuttle service was great.
