Traveling to Cleveland clinic for medical appts. Proximity and shuttle service to appts is appreciated. Pleasant, quiet, safe environment when 6 hrs. from home. My Great newphew’s flat Stanley traveled with us!

Honestly the front staff Ed was amazing and so kind. Wish the restaurant service was better / faster but food was OK. The valet team is very kind and responsive.

We have a relative in the Cleveland Clinic, this hotel is about a 5 minute walk so its very convenient. Weve stayed here twice so far and its been very clean, the staff is courteous, the beds are comfy. Cant really ask for much more.

We had a good stay! Wish there was a night light for the bath as it is more practical for nighttime trips to the pot! When I showered there was some hair on the shower stall wall. Not pleasant! The tub was SO slippery! It was a bit scary! The beds were comfy and clean.

I was in Cleveland just overnight for a concert at Severance Hall. The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The food was good. My room very well appointed and comfortable. And all at a reasonable price. But the number one positive thing was the people! This is the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Staff almost seemed to know what I was going to ask before I could get the words out. Being next to the Cleveland Clinic, I know there are many guests that are stressed and nervous. I cannot imagine a better staff to attend to the needs of this special kind of guest. Thank you for everything!
