The room was very clean, very kind people at the reception, stayed one night with my partner and we both had a great experience. Bad rooms. Broken rooms. Not worth the money. No one can speak English and overall bad service. No one deserves to stay there. If u wanna stay in Paris go to best western hotel opera. Much better for the price and there are no broken stuff and there are great service.

Coffee and orange juice for €10!!!! Much too expensive for the service and especially the services. C est une ARNAQUE, ESCROQUERIE, à FUIR, tu paies la réservation mais 1× sur place ils exigent 69 euros en plus( non signalés nulle part au paiement de la réservation de la chambre.soi disant caution et taxe) . En plus ils refusent de rembourser la réservation. Une vraie arnaque bien huilée. La réceptionniste et la directrice sont bien rodées à cette arnaque, j ai du dormir dans ma voiture

J'ai séjourné durant presque 1 semaine en 502 et quelle belle surprise. Mention spéciale à Clarisse et Lavaran qui sont d'excellents réceptionnistes professionnels et très sympathiques. La literie est top. Chambre parfaitement agencée en tant que voyageur solo et dans l'ensemble propre. On s'y sent bien. Il y a deux bémols par contre mais qui influencent très peu mon envie de revenir : manque d'insonorisation dans les chambres et choix et variétés dans la selection des produits du pdj très maigres et pauvres.

Accueil très agréable, personnels chaleureux. Situation géographique idéale proche du métro 14 et 13. Chambres propres. Service de ménage quotidien. Wifi efficace. Reception ouverte 24/24h. On peut prendre un petit déjeuner buffet que je n’ai pas pris mais que je prendrais sûrement à mon prochain séjour
