Holiday Inn Express & Suites CLINTON by IHG

Need to make sure each room has enough coffee for am's!

Stay was good. Breakfast was excellent. Will need another stay to give a more detail review

We always stay in Clinton on our way home from Panama City Beach to DFW. This was our first stay ay the Holiday Inn Express. It was great. Right off Hwy 20, close to a great dinner spot(Applebee’s ) and a free delicious breakfast. This will be our spot for our future trips.

The room was clean, the hotel was clean but it was absolutely the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything felt very modern and up-to-date, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. The room was fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a full-size ironing board, as the smaller one wasn’t very efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom had dirty Q-tips in the trash, area looks sketchy, and breakfast area and tables were messy and dirty. Definitely would not stay here again.

1. Got there and no one was at front desk. Stood there a good five minutes. Someone in lobby was calling the front desk. The guy finally came out the office. 2. The A/C does not work. The ptac only kicked on once. The temperature only went down to 76. It was mucky in the room. The ceiling fan helped just a little. 3. For an hour or more at 11pm a bunch of kids were running up and down the stair wells and slamming the door. Going from one side to the other running down the hall. 4. Night worker was dressed nicely but the morning guy looked unkept. His button shirt was like he slept in it. He didn’t seem pleasant. If you work the morning shift at a hotel you should look the part. You see the customers the most. Take time In your appearance. Or maybe hospitality is Not your career. 5. Breakfast was subpar. Left without eating. First time not eating the breakfast. Overall worse experience. Got very little sleep. I have stayed at five in the last month.

Clean room, breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly at check in and check out.

My husband stayed for his conference. He said the room and staff were wonderful. He felt comfortable and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of food for the breakfast. He was happy with my choice for him.
