The room is large and clean. It is quiet, has beautiful scenery, is close to the park, and can walk to the city center. It was a good stay. It is suitable for business trips. I will choose this place next time I come to Cluj.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of the old town. Traffic is very heavy during morning and evening rush hour though. I've been to this hotel many times over the years and this time there were a few issues. The shower in my room was either cold, or took ages to warm up. The pool, gym and bar were all closed during myvstay. The Marco Polo restaurant was always almost empty with little atmosphere. Food is ok from a strange mixed menu. With a few minutes walk from the hotel, there are numerous bars and restaurants, other ingredients good food at good prices. The hotel restaurant needs to adapt to provide something unique to encourage gets to want to eat there.

The hotel is located very close to the center and, obviously, to a variety of restaurants and terraces. The people at the reception are very nice, smiling and ready to help you if you have questions or need recommendations. The room was beautiful, spacious and the bathroom very large and intelligently compartmentalized. The breakfast was very good, the people in the restaurant being very attentive to help you in case you needed something. The SPA area is small but it is ok. The view from the SPA is beautiful. The rooms are well soundproofed, a big plus for this. I have been to several hotels in the last 2 weeks but here I slept by far the best! The hotel has its own private parking, with payment, a bit expensive, but still it is good that it exists :). Overall an excellent experience! On our next trip to Cluj, we will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay here and it is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are probably the comfiest we ever slept in. Staff are super friendly and the bar in the basement is fab
