the only let down ... no elevator other than that perfect breakfast was lovely . oh and 100% check out the "taste of istanbul" very good food there . its in the hotel great location stones throw from bars and restaurants chop 2 min walk around the corner and about 5 mins to attrations . worth it

Small boutique hotel near the center of town with restaurants and grocery store near by. Room is not large, but clean, breakfast so-so; biggest issue is hotel has no elevator, so make sure not to choose a room at a high floor if you happen to have heavy bags.

Very friendly staff and right in the old town. The room was a little bit more outdated than shown in the photos and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom was modern and stylish though. No fridge in the room which was a little minus. But we got a bucket of ice from the restaurant. Breakfast was good but the coffee was not hot. Downstairs from the reception there is a shisha bar where we could watch the formula 1 race, which was very convenient for us! 🤩 Fullton central is a very good option when visiting Cluj-Napoca!

We thought the room was rather small but otherwise very good.

Room was dirty and smelly, I couldn't stay there, so I asked for my money back and moved to another hotel. Initially, the manager apologized and assured me that I'll get a full refund, since they instantly gave the room to other clients. But I never got the refund. Practically, they took my money and the money of the other client for the same room. When I called again, the manager acted and spoke arrogant and irritated. They are absolute crooks.

The room we had was clean with a clean bathroom as well.Good size bed and very comfy.The big screen tv was a bonus. For a 3 star hotel and not a very large room such thing is rare to find. The receptionist was friendly, polite and helpful.The breakfast was very good and the location is very central.Thank you.

Perfect little place to stay in vacation and out the door for food, shopping and fun

Location: you could not wish a better spot for being in midst of Cluj....vibrant and live. No car traffic in the area. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants. If you have a car then better look for a parking at the Central Building.. Rooms: seem is a new owner in town...the rooms are well designed and the space is comfortable. It is a yes from all points of view. Staff: well trained. Helpful. Nice.
