Overall, this hotel isn't recommended for families. Because there's a casino on the first floor, the smell of cigarettes permeated the air as soon as we entered. The front desk staff weren't very friendly to outsiders, and we could still faintly smell cigarette smoke in our room. After checking in, the bathroom only had warm or cold water. After contacting housekeeping, they came 10 minutes later and told us that because so many people were showering at the same time, hot water wasn't immediately available. They hoped we could wait, but we had an early trip the next day and didn't want to wait, so we switched rooms. Strangely, the hot water worked in the room next door. Later, late at night, we continued to hear the sounds of people showering and watching TV. The soundproofing was really poor, and as a result, my family didn't get a good night's sleep. The price was quite different from the quality of the stay.
