整體而言這個飯店不適合推薦給家庭旅遊選擇，因為1樓有賭場，所以ㄧ進到飯店就是煙味彌漫，櫃檯人員對外來旅客也不夠友善， 進到房間內還是隱約能聞到菸味，而且入住後房間內浴室只有溫冷水 ，跟housekeeping聯係後，人員10分鐘後過來察看，告知我們因為現在大量旅客同時間洗澡所以無法即時供應熱水，希望我們能等待，但我們隔天還有很早的行程不想等待，所以換了間房間，很奇怪的是換隔壁房熱水就都正常了，後來我們深夜還是陸續聽到很多洗澡水聲還有看電視的聲音，隔音設備真的太差了，導致家人們都沒有很好的睡眠品質，所以價格和入住品質落差很大
