There was a rocket launch that day and the surrounding hotels were all full. I couldn’t book this one and wanted to spend one night there. As the reviews said, I really couldn’t stay there. The smell was dirty and musty and I couldn’t bear it. I left in an hour. Ctrip’s service was good. Active communication, the hotel will not refund the fee and Ctrip will bear it
