In the good location in Coeur d’Alene, when you get off the highway, there are a lot of fast food nearby, the service staff is very good, the room is very clean, we left without breakfast so we can’t comment on it, overall, the stay was very satisfactory.

It is a place to sleep - we visited Scarywood with 2 teenage boys (both 15). This hotel has 3-queen bed rooms…which was perfect!  The hotel itself is older and could use an upgrade/maintenance…but what do you expect when a hotel houses 1,000’s of people yearly???  Breakfast was typical and the boys were filled up. Would stay again because of the 3 beds in a room.

Total lack of customer service at this place. Had a long stay due to moving up here and it was like pulling teeth to get the maid staff to even give you fresh towels and bedding, garbage bags, etc... Ridiculous! They give you a piece of paper with a list of things you can request, and they are supposed to bring it to your room, but this system obviously doesn't work. I resorted to having to get the items myself. Not enough parking. Very dirty rooms. The hot tub crapped out and was down and had to be fixed. Then the washer and dryer crapped out and was unavailable too. Same continental breakfast every day. No variety at all. And the area for breakfast is small and usually crowded every day making it hard to even get something to eat or coffee.  People are allowed to be very loud after quiet hours. I guess it served its purpose, but if you are considering this place, pass it by. Not worth the money.
