Except the breakfast coffee, nothing to complain during my 5 nights stay. The staff is friendly and helpful👍

This is our go to hotel for when we visit family in the area. The room is comfortable, the kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, a dishwasher, stove top and microwave and a full size fridge. The hotel is quiet. And staff are always kind and helpful. The hotel is close to shopping and food and easy freeway access for travel.

Room was spacious and comfy, but the trash had not been dumped. Kitchen was functional, but had to wash the pans before using. Breakfast was barely average, so we decided to make our own. We enjoyed our stay and would come back and stay again

Our check in was not pleasant. After traveling for 8 hours, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for over twenty minutes before the hospitality agent showed up! Another employee actually went to find him!
Checking in seemed to be a chore gor the young man. There was no welcoming feeling snd as soon as we received our room key the young man left the desk again.
The next morning breakfast was a disaster. Food items and dishes/silverware had run out. I complained to the management. It was explained that the breakfast peron had quit the dsy before and the person covering breakfast was a housekeeper.
Our room was fine but the hospitality was missing from the hotel.

Best hotel breakfast ( included) we have ever had. Very comfortable room. Nice staff. Parking spaces are few, and small, so often have to park in next-door lot, but just a few extra steps. Convenient to Interstate and to downtown.

Hotel was very clean, warm and cozy. We were delighted to see it came with all kinds of little amenities to make our stay convenient such as built in dove soaps for the shower and sink, even plates in the kitchen! Definely will recommend for anyone visiting Coeur d Alene! Also the beds are SUPER comfy!

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom. What an amazing suite. Kid had her own room and own bathroom. What a nice hotel.

The room has air conditioner, but the temp cannot be adjusted to below 67 F. And the air-conditioner is kind of loud.
