The check in process went real smooth since I got there early. they allowed me to check in at 1PM instead of making me wait until 3PM. The room was clean and the linen was fresh. The internet service was excellent no problems.

Throughout my stay I've received amazing customer service from both management and staff. Friendly, informative, personable and funny along with going above and beyond to help with a problem involving a bank error while staying here. Tina,Jessica and Jesse were all so amazing and welcoming. Super clean rooms, plenty of amenities and just an overall really chill environment that was more than suitable for myself and my young son. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any reason.

We've stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the years...each time it's gotten worse. This was our last time! 1. Found two COCKROACHES in the room. They tried to say that they were 'Water Bugs', and the manager, Yvette, insisted that Idaho doesn't have Cockroaches. Wrong...I looked up water bugs, and these were no water bugs. You can just look online and there's many sites you'll find regarding Idaho and Cockroaches. Cockroaches Found in Idaho are mostly German Cockroaches. These are one of the most common species, not only in Idaho but nationwide. German roaches are mostly light brown in color, while some can appear slightly reddish as well. But, YES, there are Cockroaches even in Idaho! 2. The rooms there have always smelled. This time was worse than ever. Either from cigarette smoke, or just a filthy, worn carpet. But the room wreaked. The manager, Yvette, tried to call me a liar, and said the room didn't smell. 3. The chain lock on our room door was broken off, and also the lock on the exterior door to the hotel would not lock. Anyone could just walk into the hallway from the street. It was like that for the 4 days we stayed there, and they were told the first day. 4. Dirty, run down, and after all the problems during our stay, the manager Yvette was indignant, rude, and said we could go elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but she tried to tell me that I was given a discount when I first reserved the room. Wrong...it was the going rate being offered online as a veteran. She also noted that I had a couple of complaints during my last stay, which is true. However it's gotten worse, and worse...but we kept trying to give them a chance... I'm sad that it had to come to this. I've never posted a complaint like this, but Yvette was so indignant and rude when I tried to explain the problems we had, that I feel I should let other travelers know. I'm sending a complaint to Wyndham as well. But they've probably received tons of complaints about this hotel and staff. Check out the hotel and room BEFORE you agree to stay!

Upon arrival, I was received by a very knowledgeable front desk staff member. He was very thorough in providing an overview of the facilities, and made it easy for us to unpack and go to our room. About 10 minutes after arriving in the room, the phone rang. It was the front desk staff member asking if we were pleased with the room and had any questions. I don't think that has ever happened in ANY hotel I have stayed out. Impressive!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. One of my visitors in currently using a walker, and she found the facilities very good for her needs. The shower had grab bars that made it easy to use. I found the bed very comfortable. One of our guests though found the bed to be too firm. Our only ”complaint” was that the heating and cooling system needed some directions to help us use it properly. But for the cost, we were very pleased.

In the good location in Coeur d’Alene, when you get off the highway, there are a lot of fast food nearby, the service staff is very good, the room is very clean, we left without breakfast so we can’t comment on it, overall, the stay was very satisfactory.

Check in was very easy with very friendly front desk staff. The room faced a little bit of trees that overlooked an outside mall. Within walking distance of a very fun bookstore ( mindful moose), restaurants, and some other stores. It was an easy walking and pleasant environment. Plenty of outside area to walk dog for relief. Monday through Thursday they offer wine/beer/soda/chips/popcorn at 7 PM for guest. Not real fancy but very nice and a pleasant surprise, very nice to interact with staff during this. Room 334 ADA room very good. My only issue was the free breakfast I did not think it was the best. But this is just my opinion. Would stay again. The town was beautiful. Restaurants not real dog friendly.
