Service poor behind the bar and a bit slow at times
Over priced considering no table service for drinks or cocktails as had to wait at bar for drinks
Staff seemed a little over whelmed and stressed by the amount of people
Food in restaurant was average and a bit overpriced.
Breakfast was delicious and had a great range on offer ,staff were pleasant and helpful .
Reception staff were exceptional on the Saturday and Sunday checking out.
A very nice resort but the standard has gone down since last being there almost 12 months ago .

Not too happy with TV channels available but otherwise no complaints. We had issues with our heating which staff were very quick to try to rectify. We will definitely return again!

Annuka is great! This stay was a returrn trip where we had our honeymoon back in 1988. It is as beautiful now as it was then.

Property in general was looking tired so for actual price paid it was too expensive, there are better value option sin the area. The things you can do around the place are great but the accommodation is very tired.

1) Free to air TV did not work
2) WIFI did not work
3) Its a shame restaurant does not have table service anymore, told to order at bar, much better previously when waiter/waitress took your order at table
4)Very limited items on menu to order from
5) Spa pool not at full capacity, had limited water in it

It was a great resort. The king room however was a bit impractical. No sink in the kitchenette and no space to store clothes or the bags made the room messy for the stay.

Lovely and Clean Accommodation.
The only drawback for a couple in their 60’s is the Parking situation is not inside the resort, perhaps we should’ve paid more attention to this minor detail when booking, we saw that premises had parking but in an allocated area.

Thie resort is in tip top shape, pools are amazing, beach is perfect, and accommodation was excellent.
Will be back for sure.
