Hotel hygiene is rather worrying. Especially when there is still filth left in the toilet. Since I only checked in at 11 pm and left the next day, I didn't complain anymore. However, the two bedrooms and one living room are relatively spacious, and the living room can overlook the sea.

This place was filthy, loud and smelly. It did not look ANYTHING like the photos and the spa bath was not clean enough to be used. When we enquired about using our stays vouchers over the phone, the reception were great. They told to go ahead and book through bookings.com and they’d sort it out on arrival. When we arrived, they said ‘no’, because we’d booked through a website we couldn’t use the vouchers. When we arrived we dropped our bags and went to dinner, disappointed at the state of the place, but unaware of the fact that the door to the room DID NOT LOCK!!! As we only discovered this at 9pm, reception were not available. When we went to speak with them in the morning, they found us a different room, but we’re evasive about refunding or admitting that the room was below standard. The second room was better in that it locked up, but it was still pretty gross. Run down, cheap, dodgy linen, higgledy-piggedly EVERYTHING. There were no extra blankets in the cupboards or spare pillows. A total drive. I imagine Millhouse’s dad living here one day.

Had to change rooms as original had not be cleaned. Second room needed light bulbs changed and batteries in tv remote. Went to bed in the end.

Tiny room, grubby carpet and sever lack of maintenance. Toilet seat not even connected to toilet, paint chips and scratches all over, entry/kitchenette hadn't been vaccumed prior to our check-in (7:30pm). Kitchenette cabinetry broken and falling apart. For the money they charge, there are WAY better value stays in the area.

Views were great, close to highway and service was good. Also a bar and basic restaurant was also good. Internet was broken so that was annoying and place in general looked a little "tired" and things like the games room were non existent.

The location and pool was good. We were quite worried about our visit due to other reviews. The place wasn’t as bad as they made out to be, but the curtains in the bedroom did have mould on them and we ended up killing five cockroaches. Not the best place if you have young children as you’re worried about them touching things or the bugs.
