Reviews of The Residency Towers Coimbatore

Good service, attentive staff and good selection of restaurants in the hotel. Buffet is pretty good. Rooms are a little dated in terms of style and the gym equipment can be better maintained, but overall a good stay in Coimbatore with a central location.

The hotel's location is convenient and offers easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their excellent hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It would be even better if the hotel offered family rooms, as we were travelling as a family of three. Nevertheless, the hotel kindly provided an additional bed to accommodate us. While we appreciated this thoughtful gesture, the extra bed was not as comfortable as a standard bed. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cozy, quite and relaxing. Friendly staff, food in Chin chin restaurants tastes exactly chinese.

Excellent service, breakfast spread and prime location.

Visited Coimbatore for a conference. Stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is one of the top hotel in the town. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection is good but orders often get missed due to big morning crowd. Staff services are good and accommodative.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

The place was awesome 👌 Loved the location and yhe staff were warm and friendly

Nothing to complain about . All round excellence !! Convenient location and courteous staff really stand out. Ms Briget at the reception went out of her way to speed up check in formalities. Will stay there again.

Ordered an egg sandwich at the cafe and they got it wrong. Egg sandwich was dry with egg only. They can do better there. Everything else was great.

Clean. Comfortable. Safety .
