Reviews of Colac Mid City Motel

Good for a one night stay. Bed was a little soft for my liking but the room was presented well and nice and clean. Close to town and a short walk to pubs and restaurants for dinner. Good for business travellers.

I go to footscray regularly and footscray motor inn is the only place I stay at. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and it's walking distance to the shops!

All okay - busy but quiet over the 4 days so all ok. There for family so not much to report on local things to do, though visited the Otways waterfalls and local lake drives and old places I grew up!

The location is great, convenient for dining out and there's a Woolworths nearby for shopping. Lake Coral is a 10-minute walk away. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. There's ample parking, and the garden flowers are beautiful. The service is warm and welcoming; check-in is quick and easy, and although there was no one at the front desk during check-out, the staff who cleaned the room were very helpful. 👍

Helpful staff It's convenient that you can contact the hotel through the app without a local SIM card. Late check-in is possible if you notify the hotel. Clean and cozy.

Facilities: The facilities are rather old, but the hygiene is fairly clean. Customer service is quite good.

Although Colac Mid City Motor Inn is 70km away from Apollo Bay and takes about an hour to drive, it is very cost-effective, the room is very clean, and the location in Colac is very convenient, with a Coles supermarket and a gas station nearby.
