This is clearly a hotel in decline since it was first built only about 5 years ago. Now room amenities are minimal, there is hardly any staff, and only room cleaning, bd making, and towels replacements occurs only once in 3 days.It is no longer worth its high cost.

A beautiful hotel. The lobby is very warm and welcoming. Great parking. Felt very safe. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were cozy and clean.

The property is very modern but also a great place for those who have allergies. There is no carpet which is a plus for my wife.
I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. I travel often both internationally and within the US. This is the first in as long as I can remember that there was nothing offered. They did have a Keurig single serve coffee maker in the room. It's a good thing because the one in the lobby charged $2 for a cup of coffee.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant bar was closed for renovations, which was a bummer. My only complaint is the location. Unless you’re visiting U of Maryland; there is nothing there.

Overall happy with my experience. It was a clean and quiet room. Walkable distance to umd campus and had good coffee and dining options along the way!

Instead that there was food a menity's like a restaurant restaurant was closed. There was no notification on the website you had to go walking a couple of blocks to go get something to eat unless you'd like McDonald's that was. Right next door the staff had no personality and they were more into their phone or the TV on the wall. There was no attention paid to the. customers with greedy them not saying hello as people entered the hotel or leaving the hotel.

The receptionist at the front desk was nice and super friendly. I loved everything about the hotel.
