Hyatt Place Atlanta Arpt South

Stayed here for one night as we arrived late night. Shuttle bus was still running and was on time but it got crowded and some passengers had to stand. Towels were not as clean as the other hotels I stay. Breakfast was good but it got really busy and could run out of space. But for a location near ATL it is still value for money.

A disappointing experience at my first Hyatt. My first room had a hair in the shower, so I asked to change rooms. The second room had a strange layout. The air conditioner was loud, right next to the bed, and blew directly onto me, making it hard to sleep. When I asked to change rooms again, I was told all rooms were like this, even though my first room was different. The bedside lights also didn’t work. There wasn’t a single vegan option at breakfast—not even plant-based milk. The staff showed little concern and made no effort to help. This will be my last Hyatt.

Very good hotel with great breakfast.

Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The only issue I had was that the airport shuttle pick up was not great. We waited 40 plus minutes and no shuttle arrived. Finally, a different hotel chain took us after pity.
