Our room was a bit dated and worn. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any type of free breakfast. A continental breakfast was $12 and a regular breakfast was $16. We chose to go out for breakfast.

I do not appreciate an extra fee in case one has to change the reservation or possibly even cancel.

Wow! The staff is par excellence! Very friendly and accommodating! The furniture and tubs in rooms are very old, but clean. The mattress was new and super comfy! Fabulous stay! We’ll go back next year.

It was okay. I had to switch rooms because my room had vomit on the wall by the bed! It was gross! My room phone was not working because it was not charged up.

eThe room was okay little outdated and there were not enough electrical outlets the way they had everything plugged in, we knew one spark and the place was going to go up in flames. Also my husband left a pair of tennis shoes ( not the hotel fault) called the hotel and they transferred me to the housekeeping dept. left msg and ad of yet have not heard back from anyone!!

The bathroom smelled mildewy and dank
In the morning after feeling congested found damp mold in and under the refrigerator
The vynl covered head boards were shedding their surface and I awoke with flakes of vinyl sheeting on my pillows and bedding
The power plugs and outlets at the desk area were damaged and not working/connected.
Pillows were great.
Everything else was a complete disappointment

Hallways and elevator are literally set to 80 degrees. Pool was closed due to maintenance. The lamp in between the beds was broken with exposed wires hanging out. The mini fridge appeared as if someone had thrown it off of a truck on the interstate and then placed into the room.
