Dates stayed: dec 16 -18 2023 (booked it for the Christmas Market Experience) My husband and I booked our stay through raddison website as reward members ahead of time before getting to this hotel. Upon arrival the front desk Rep at that time told us that we had paid only 90% of our stay, maybe it’s a Raddison thing because as avid travelers in Europe and around the world coming from the USA never heard of that before. We got that sorted and went to our room. If check in is at 3pm as of 7:20 pm our arrival time our room was not ready,We went back to front desk to ask why our room is not ready since we booked our stay days prior to our arrival,The front desk rep LITERALLY threw our room key at my wife and stated “by the time we walk back to our room it will be ready so we can go now”. We were so livid that we asked to speak to the manager on duty, she apologized the best she could and tried to do a damage control. During such a busy season all other decent hotels were fully booked. This was the rudest and by far the worst customer service experience we have ever had as a travelers. Also be aware, this is also very far from central station.
