Modern, clean & fantastically located hotel. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Maneesha, she was super friendly. The pool is beautiful, regular maintenance checks by pool staff, who are also very friendly. Would recommend this hotel. Upgraded room to a corner sea view, stunning!🤩

The room is clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly. Facilities are nice. The sunset view is nice. There are lots of varieties during breakfast time.

The location was perfect for seeing the skyline of Colombo. The room and facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. The service was pleasant and welcoming. The dining was scrumptious. Thank you for a lovely stay and we should have stayed longer.

The location is good, not far from the beach, there is a water temple across the road, and there is a large shopping mall downstairs. There is a seafood stall in the basement of the mall. I bought a big pomfret, a squid, two swimming crabs, a drink and processing fee for only RMB 130, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is very new, the food is very good, and the front desk guy is also very good. I don't speak English very well, but the front desk guy will patiently translate for me using his mobile phone, which is very considerate.

The hotel is located in District 2 of Kuwait Trumbo, very close to the National Museum and Independence Square. Next to it is the Colombo City Center shopping mall, which is very convenient for entering and eating. The room was also very clean, and 4 bottles of water were replenished every day for drinking. The breakfast buffet is also very good and rich, certainly at the level of a 5-star hotel. I will consider it next time.

The location is great. It was nice to see the temple from the room. The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The staff were friendly and professional. However, I was unsure of one female staff member at the reception. I arrived after the check-in time, but they made me wait to give me the room key, and they said that my reservation was doubled but I couldn't get a refund. I checked and it wasn't doubled. I waited for more than 20 minutes and they didn't bring me the room key, so I asked another male staff member to check me in again, and they gave me the key right away. As for the double booking, I explained that there was only one reservation here, and they said it was fine. There is no problem with security because luggage is inspected every time you enter the hotel from outside, and the mall on the premises is convenient for buying souvenirs, so it's a good hotel overall.

The hotel is generally good, especially the swimming pool. In Sri Lanka, Mona Lisa's smile is everywhere, she is very friendly, and the hotel service environment is very good. .
