A great Hotel depending on the price you can get it for. Great staff, very good breakfast, spotlessly clean, it’s just the rooms are a little too small. Would we stay here again? Definitely if the price was right.

Went to put me in a different cheaper hotel (without even telling me they’d booked me into a different hotel, only saying ‘your room is in the next building’) and pocket my money for the difference in price! I paid for this room 3 months in advance. Not once did I receive an apology for their attempted deceit. They only communicated with me after I realised what they were trying to do and I insisted on getting my money back for the difference in cost. After 45 minutes of going round in circles with them refusing to give me any of my money back and me just wanting to go to a room (I no longer wanted to stay in that hotel but they didn’t care, took 0 accountability & were happy to have me stood in the hotel lobby crying), I was eventually given a room key for the hotel I’d actually paid to stay in 3 months earlier.

a gem of a hotel, near the heart of the city but did not have to to shell out a fortune for rooms. Great staff and excellent value for money! Ministry of Crab next door Isa most try, short walk to clock tower.

Really an excellent location near the Dutch Hospital, and within walking distance to Galle Green and Pettah. The room was perfectly clean and modern.

This place was great! We were able to walk to many things we wanted to do, and my kids got a kick out of the robots delivering food to our room.

We asked for toothbrush but it didn't receive. Hotel was clean and counter staff were extremely friendly. Super location

Good location at the centre of Columbo with excellent breakfast. Easy to reach out food around the clock. clean and spacious room.

The hotel is clean and 15 minutes to the train station. But the SERVICE here is the worst. My room was opposite the restaurant. In the restaurant they sing every day until the morning. I felt like I was at a concert in the front row. The noise of drums and electric guitar did not let me sleep. I called the reception, they said they would call me, but they didn’t it.The next day, after check out. They didn’t apologize and didn’t even say goodbye. Cause they didn’t care, since my reservation had already ended. I really regretted staying there. It does not even pull 3 stars
