Great facilities like a pool, gym, sauna, steam room, cafe, bar, restaurants and spa. Was like staying at a resort. Lots of staff who were very helpful and friendly. So many buffet breakfast options from western, Sri Lankan and Indian foods. Great central location within a short drive or walk from many sightseeing locations. Conveniently located near One Galle Face mall. Most of the rooms have a good view of Biera Lake and the swimming pool.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied, but there weren't enough face towels or amenities. There were no hangers or toothbrush sets either. However, the staff are all really friendly and the breakfast is super delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful stay at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

This was the hotel we stayed at on our last day. Since it was fully booked, we couldn't get a late check-out for free, but we paid a very small amount to extend our stay until 7 PM, and I was very happy with that service. We checked in on a Friday, and there was some kind of beer carnival by the pool that went on until midnight. You could hear it from the room, and it was a bit noisy. The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were absolutely amazing, a huge thumbs up!
